Ignore flat feet and pronation in childhood and you are risking greater harm to the hips, knees. and lower back as an adult. Reduce your child's chances of needing hip and knee joint replacements as an adult with proper attention to their foot problems.

A recent study out of Denmark found that up to 40% of lower back pain sufferers with a certain MRI finding have a chronic low-grade disc infection that were helped by antibiotic treatment.
