Is there anywhere we can view the lyrics? It's so cleverly complex, with innumerable tongue twisters and internal rhyming.

+SwiftKey released the promo video for the new "Flow" keyboard. Finally, a keyboard that combines the "never lift" concept of +SwypeTrio, LLC and TouchPal but with the predictive juggernaut of SwiftKey. Very excited to be part of the beta test team. BREAK THINGS!

It may be cheap, but if they can't respect me as a professional, they haven't earned me as their professional customer. I called and was told my best bet was to drop my car off or schedule an appointment. I chose the appointment for Monday and told them I'd come at 1 pm when I'm on lunch and arrived at 12:55. I was under the impression that they keep their appointment times, yet my car wasn't on the lift until 1:40 because at least four cars that were dropped off were serviced before mine. I was one of two people waiting yet it took 75 minutes for an oil change. Either do the other cars when the non-lazy people with appointments aren't waiting. Or at the very least inform me of the backup instead of insisting, "you'll be up next this time, I promise". I understand that things may get backed up, but those who have scheduled a time should be given priority over a "ready for pick up sometime between noon and 3". There are plenty of other service shops in the area that appreciate your time, and I will be unlikely to return in the future.

Quite possibly the best pork roll, egg, and cheese I've ever had. Get it on an everything bagel. Service was attentive, charming, and lovely. This is definitely my new breakfast spot.

As a first generation Italian-American, I have tasted excellent and awful Italian. Using these new Zagat's rating, Tulipano's food is definitely "Poor-Fair". On my scale, Awful is Chef Boyardee, Good is Bertolli frozen bag meals, and Poor is Tulipano's. I have eaten there for three birthdays and the food always leaves me thinking, feeling, and saying "Meh.." and the rest of the experience saying, "Never again unless another idiot friend wants a lousy birthday dinner." I've ordered the Pork Osso Buco (which was terribly dry), Cavatelli and Broccoli (completely bland), and Homemade Gnocci (also bland). I have tried the Shrimp Fra Diavolo (I love spicy, this was inedible), Chicken Tulipano's (sickeningly sweet), and Mozzarella Caprese (four slices of tasteless mozz and four of bland tomato, despite being at peak season for Jersey tomatoes, for $25.) Crappy food for way too much, what a bargain! Don't believe me? Just try the balsamic vinegar dipping sauce they give you with bread; so sweet it's inedible to some. Considering their main dishes usually cost at least $20+, flavorless food is unacceptable. For two of my visits, our party would have complained to our waitress except the service was so surly and borderline unprofessional, we were scared to mention it for fear of a tainted replacement dish. The third time, our waiter was clearly drunk and we didn't want to cause a scene or get him in trouble. Also affecting the service score is the fact front of house will not sit you - and will literally give your table away - if your entire party isn't there for your reservation. Once, we had a party of eight with only six there, and the hostess gave away one of the tables we had pushed together. Two minutes later our other two showed up and had to wait 10 minutes for another two-top to leave. We would have gone next door to Nicchio's, except we had brought our own wine and Nicchio's has a liquor license. Decor is adequate, I suppose, but only gets 2/3 because at night the main dining room is so dimly lit you have some difficulty seeing the rest of your party and your plate. But the surly service repeatedly told us "they cannot adjust the light levels because it's against policy". Really? A restaurant that forbids its patrons to see their food? Either the server was wrong or the "policy" is wrong. My favorite thing about Tulipano's is it's BYOB, so at least you can get drunk for cheap in an effort to forget how bad of a dining experience you're having.

While they have a great selection, the service has been very lacking the last few times I've been there. As much as I like geeking out with phones, I don't want to wait 30 minutes to get basic help. The Verizon Store by Wal-Mart on 537 is MUCH better: better customer service, painless shopping, knowledgable support staff, and the exact same selection as this store.

Bottom Line Upfront: There is zero accountability and seemingly zero managerial oversight. DO NOT order anything Site-To-Store or let anything be built for you onsite. It will take you *at least* two weeks and give you many gray hairs. Support Mom and Pop stores, which take pride in service and delivery. Prices are more expensive than the Seaview Square Target, Evergreen Farm Market, BJ's, ShopRite, Costco, and pretty much everywhere else. It took a month and a dozen phone calls to the store and corporate to receive a table/chair set. I bought a $150 bike two weeks ago, Thursday 6/20/13. My options were: pay full price for the floor model or pay full price for a personally assembled model. I clearly chose the latter, and was promised a phone call and delivery by Tuesday 6/25/13. I called on that day and was literally told, "We have no idea where your bike is." I went into the store on Saturday 6/29/13 to ask in person and spoke to one of the apparently several Assistant Managers. I was promised a phone call the next day, which I never received. I was also told "at the very least you'll be contacted on Tuesday, 7/2/13. I continued to give the benefit of the doubt until today, Thursday 7/4/13, and was placed on hold four times for each in excess of 10 minutes. I finally got through on my fifth call, and was promised a return call by the Assistant Store Manager. She literally swore that she would call me back within the hour. Three hours later, I have to drive to the store for the third time to ask after my bicycle. Maybe they'll finally remediate this, but I'm skeptical, to say the least.

They helped make what would have been a very stressful situation and made it SO fast, easy, and affordable! I woke up to find my passenger window smashed and drove to work with the prototypical garbage bag and duct tape rig. Dreading having to go to an autobody shop, I remembered we had used a similar service for my sister's windshield in the past and called these guys. Setting an appointment took three minutes, and they drove from Freehold to Eatontown to change my glass out in my office parking lot. I only had to step outside to give the technicians my keys, and less than half an hour later I had a new window. They were quick, inexpensive, and professional and will recommend their service to anyone who finds themselves in the same unfortunate position I was in 8 hours ago. While I hope I never have to get another replacement window, when it invariably happens I will look forward to calling these guys again!

Be sure to ask for Matt. He's the bees knees and will make sure you get the most appropriate phone, data, text, and calling packages. He's very knowledgable, courteous, and professional yet funny and took excellent care of me. After absolutely awful treatment and customer service at the big Verizon store between Ryan and Craig Roads near Applebees, I will only go to here to the 537 store.
