Been to this hotel 3 times and every time they give superior service. Got upgraded to a pent house suite. Staff is friendly and location is great for going out

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. People keep saying the room is small, but I don't see why. I wasn't expecting a suite, and it is a boutique style hotel. The room was perfectly sized: beds were comfy, nice flay screen in the room, modern furnishings, and the A/C kept me cold throughout the night. As everyone else has stated, the front desk people give phenomenal customer service.

This hotel is the best! Service on par and they're super considerate! I've never been to a hotel where they treat you like a VIP guest, even when I don't pay for that service. The leopard robes were super fun to try on, yet not that comfortable though. The complimentary drinks around 5pm is the best!!!! Bourbon apple cider? AWESOME. And the beds were super comfortable.. Wish I could take the mattress and comforter back home.

I was really impressed by this hotel-- the room was lovely (not huge, but not tiny as some reviewers have implied), the staff very friendly, and lots of nice little perks (including free bikes to take around the city!) The only complaint I had was that the electrical room is pretty loud-- if you're a light sleeper, avoid the rooms surrounding it.

The rooms at this Kimpton are smaller than nearby Hotel Marlowe, but still beautifully appointed and roomy enough to be comfortable working and sleeping in the same space. The front desk staff is very friendly and I'm thankful they were able to accommodate my very early check-in as well as offer recommendations for nearby restaurants. Note: Room 912 is in an alcove with one other room and the way the doors align, it's not the quietest room when someone leaves the other room, so heads up if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, the room was quiet!

This place is amazing. Staff is ridiculously friendly. They engage in real conversation, beyond just what they are required to do. They know the area, are very helpful in offering advice and willing to go beyond the call of duty to make sure your experience is pleasant. Their welcome kit upon arrival is really cute. Free wine from 5-6pm was a bonus. Rooms were very cool looking, beds were comfortable. Place was clean. The area was excitable as we were in walking distance of TD Garden, a good restaurant, a few great bars/clubs with good crowds, and a great breakfast diner a 5 minute walk away the next morning. They are dog friendly and I'm hoping we get a chance to come back to Boston soon so we can stay here again and bring our dogs this time. Oh yeah, Valet made it easy. A tad bit more expensive than the open lot down the street, but this time of year, totally worth not having to brush your car off. Service is a 10 out of 10.

Funky, clean, comfortable quiet and within walking distance of the best spots in the city. Hit Faneuil hall, the North end for Italian Food or a quick cannoli. You will get a good night sleep, and righteous continental breakfast. People are cool and the tiger print robe is the best. even a yoga mat in the closet.
