Nice hotel, great staff. I was on the Penthouse floor which sounds nice but was actually a pain in the behind. Only 1 of the 2 elevators is capable of going up to the top floor. So if the wrong elevator opened on the first floor I had to take it up as far as I could go, then get off and walk up the stairs to get to the Penthouse floor.

Our stay was amazing! Everyone who worked there was pleasant and helpful. The room was really nice and beautifully decorated. We even got complimentary wine in the lobby. The location was prime, right near Faneuil Hall. Will definitely stay again!

Ovverall, a pretty nice stay! Rooms are small but comfortable and well appointed. Staff was very friendly!

Stayed at this hotel this past week. Absolutely terrible internet service. My colleague also had issues with it. Reading through the past reviews, looks like others have had issues too. Management, fix your damn internet! When on business again in Boston, will NOT stay at this hotel.

USB charger on the nightstand, free wine hour, and I forgot my shirts there from a stay 3 weeks earlier and they returned them to my room for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely my first choice when I come to Boston

Very clean room and bathroom, staff was present and accommodating. Valet parking and breakfast at the Ruby room was too expensive. Each room had a cozy setup, plenty of toiletries. There were even a couple of clean bath robes hanging up in the closet. Parking can be difficult to find on your own if you're unfamiliar with the area. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

Fantastic and quiet room and friendly service. To be honest, I'm not sure about a review that knocks it to one star for lack of free internet, that really isn't a standard. Great location.

Really horrible internet service! "Here for business and can't get anything done because I can't get online" also who charges for Internet service when the room is already 480 a night!? Also hotel policy is $100 a night for incidentals! I'm not interested in buying the place
