I've been looking for a thin crust pizza that's perfectly crisp, not the typical bland and doughy tasting - finally found it at the take-out section two doors down from the restaurant. The pepperoni pizza slice with a crisp crust was tasty. We also ordered the veggie and sausage one to eat the next day. Quick and easy ordering process without a wait.

Overall good pizza, had the Sicilian combo and it was good with an abundance of toppings. Good place to quickly grab a slice of pizza. The girl working seemed to care more about her friend who came in then taking care of her customers.

If the lines are too long next door, you can always get a fantastic slice of pizza here. The crust on these coal fired pizza slices is perfect and there is always a good and varied selection of toppings to choose from. The service is fairly quick, but big crowds (it's a popular spot) can deplete their ready to go slices and you might have to wait a few minutes for a fresh one to come out of the oven. It's better to get your food to go from this location as the seating is fairly limited.

World famous pizza!! Went on a Sunday afternoon at 3:15 and still over an hr wait!! Asked if can order pizza to go and was told that just a few steps around the corner's Tony's slice shop for to go orders. The slice shop serve the same pizzas offered at the restaurant. There were so many different varieties of pies/toppings on the was pretty overwhelming. We got the Margherita pizza (the very limited, 73 pies per day pizza!) We grabbed a table right outside the shop, waited for about 20 min for the freshly baked pizza. There were probably 5-7 tables available, mostly seat 2-4 people. The crust was very thin with a nice blend of sauce and cheese. The pizza was light, portion on a small side (think I could have eaten the whole pizza myself!). It was good pizza, but wished the crust had more texture. It was on the softer side rather than chewy. The crazy wait and all...I would suggest passing Tony's and go somewhere else, such as Casey's pizza truck - which I believe is the best pizza in San Francisco!

As close to New York Neapolitan pizza as you will get in California. Roman style flat pizza is also great. Do not confuse with Tony's on the corner which is shiiiiiittttte.

Excellent pizza. If you call during the dinner rush, you're liable to be put on hold or your call not answered. Patience is a must when placing an order for carry-out, but its well worth it!
