Good news for all users that have machines with Optimus technology (2 gpu). Last days nvidia-prime and drivers issue have been fixed and now we are able to use propriety drivers in Vivid. 

One thing i have noticed (and other users could confirm) is that driver version 340 won't work. You have to use 346 - it is recommended in Vivid. Some users also reports small isues with font sizes / dpi.
