Two words: Tourist trap. They offer "happy hour" deals that have more conditions than a loan application. Once we ordered we were told that the happy hour applies only for one customer per table. The food is entirely forgettable and way overpriced. The fact that they got the order wrong and one of us was pretty much done eating when the second order arrived is just a side note. Needless to say they didn't even try to apologize in a meaningful way. Don't repeat our mistake. Stay away from this place - there are plenty of other options around.

AMAZING! Steak was perfect. Mushroom and truffle sauce was glorious. I loved every part of the meal including the dessert. You can tell the place is run by someone who is passionate and strives for perfection.

The only good thing in our experience was the location. The food was very average, but it came cold. This was AMAZING, we were only two people and the place was not crowded (not that this would be Ok). When paying over $100 I would expect a lot more. The service was good, but a little too pushy to have us order the seafood specials. Finally, the bathrooms were not very clean. Maybe we were unlucky that night, but will not go back. For less money you can get better experiences with Argentinean food in Miami.

DO NOT EAT HERE ! Food and service was horrible. First red flag was when threee out of the four members of our party tried ordering the chicken piccata and the waiter refused to honor the request because he said that others complained that the chicken was too dry. He was extremely pushy and convinced us to chose different options. It was very expensive, we went for their "happy hour special" only to be told that since he rang in the order 4 minutes after 7 pm we could not have the special pricing then he told us that he would honor the prices after we complained that we were seated well before 7 pm. I believe the waiter was looking for a larger gratuity (it was included in the bill). Later that night 2 of us became violently ill with food poisoning. Do not waste your time here there are many better options along Lincoln road.

We had the meat grill for 2 a few $5 mimosas and a side of french fries on Sunday. Meat grill was great and plenty to share between 3 people. It comes over charcoal so it still cooks at the table. My complaint is wish we knew this, we would have ordered the meat rare.

TOURIST TRAP!!! The food was just okay but not good. We had Sonia. Extremely nice and GREAT at her craft. I have been in sales before, she is the most skilled waitress I have ever seen. That being said, in my opinion, she borders on the unethical. I think the restaurant is likely fully complicit in the intentional strategies to hoodwink local tourists. Sonia's English is fairly broken, which in my opinion, I think she likely used to her advantage. In encouraging a second round of drinks, from the buy 1 get 1 happy hour we were technically present during, she very intentionally, when suggesting we get something to go with our meal, seemed to mention the word FREE more than the 'buy 1' part of that. Wanting to avoid a direct confrontation and still being in the good spirit of the evening, I deferred to my wife if she wanted something else but turned down something for myself. After she walked away, my wife asked me 'why didn't you get another one, they were free?' I explained that this is what she was implying but that the second round was only free if we bought one more; not at all clearly what she communicated. There is certainly good opportunity for up selling, again, I was impressed with her abilities. But then you move to the point to where you are misleading people completely and it becomes unethical. This really hit home when we told her we did not want any dessert or coffee. She had been extremely attentive up until that point. After that, we didn't see her for ten minutes. When she finally came back and we asked for the check, we waited another ten minutes before we saw her again. Guess why she wasn't attentive? Pre-added mandatory 18% gratuity ALREADY added. For.....two people. With an additional 'extra tip' like added there. Leading intoxicated tourists to likely write a second tip. The largest and most gregarious infraction was still yet to come. The special that we had ordered, a seafood platter, was $119. The seafood dish for two was $119. Why am I upset? Because their was a comparable meat/steak based platter for two that was approx $55. For the seafood, if it would have come back at $20-30 more, I would have said 'well it's seafood, what would we expect, it's a special item when they didn't say the price, would make sense it is more than average'. But it was double the next expensive item on the menu outside of buying a bottle of wine. This was clearly significantly out of the price range of any options on their menu. I politely and courteously brought this specific issue up to her that she should have told us the price, it is over double the next most expensive option on the menu. Unhelpful excuses ensued. She knew exactly what she is did to us, and likely does multiple times a night to multiple clientele. So yes. Could we have asked for the price? Yes. Could we have pressed the issue, escalated with management, caused a fit, yelled at them until they provided a discount? Yes. Did we? No. We Shouldn't have to feel like we need to look into every suggestion and fear there is an ulterior motive. Shouldn't have to sacrifice helpful service for shameless and skillful up selling with the ulterior motive of boosting a FORCED gratuity. She knows she has a forced gratuity of 18%, it didn't matter if we were upset at the end. We would still pay. And we did. $234.82. Our only recourse was uncomfortable and unpleasant escalation or outright refusing to pay the bill. Hopefully you can learn from my experience and be warned.

!!!STAY AWAY...STAY AWAY...STAY AWAY!!! My wife and I went to 920 Grill this past Sunday 4-18-2016 for some cocktails and tapas. They were running a special: 50% of appetizers and 2x1 drinks. We ordered mojitos, tuna tartare and the bruschetta. We found the food and drinks to be terrible! When the bill came we only got the 2x1 drink special. I asked the waiter, why, he replied it was either or, not both. I payed and left. Later on our walk we passed 920 Grill again and we re-read the sign advertising the special which clearly stated 50% off appetizers "AND" 2x1 drinks. I then spoke with the manager about this blatant "swindle" and I was approached by our waiter and an additional waiter whom all attempted to "bully" me. By all means avoid this extremely poor establishment like the Black Plague! The food is awful, the drinks are poor and the staff is beyond rude. It was my worst dinning experience to date!!! !!!STAY AWAY...STAY AWAY...STAY AWAY!!!
