24-hour bakery known for traditional Jewish-style filled bagels such as salt beef and smoked salmon.- Google
"I enjoy this bagel shop just as much as the neighbouring beigel bakery."
"Salt beef or salmon and cream cheese are the best sellers."

White sign versus yellow sign, I’ve made my choice and will stick with it until I die. Excellent biegiels at a ridiculously low price when bought by the half-dozen plus. Biegel with salt beef, mustard, and pickles is a staple. Best of all is 24 hours to sate those cravings at any time of day.

Possibly one of the best places to get great bagels in London. And at such great value too! The hot salt beef with mustard is delicious and only £1.60! The staff are lovely. Because of the popularity it does tend to get quite busy. But very worth it!

Easily the best bagel place in London. The fact that it's open 24/7 really gives you no excuse when you're in the area not to stop by. Good price for good food. The salt beef bagel with pickles and mustard is one of the best things you'll ever eat. Take note though; cash only!

A london legend. Exactly the same when I was 10 years old (that was 34 years ago). Hasnt been Kosher for a good 10-15 years. This is the better bagel bakery than the one 2 doors along, consistently and its always q'd out of the door, often at 1-2am. Its not posh.

The bagels are excellent. And i mean excellent. I would recommend buying them without filling and making your own filled bagel at home. Three stars only for two reasons: 1) the staff are curt. I've been here many times over the years and their attitude to customers is now frankly out of date. They should improve this and it should be easy to do so. 2) the customer side of the shop is just not clean. It is never clean. It never has been. That just isn't ok for a food outlet these days. It has impacted on how often i might purchase from here. If these two simple things were improved, this would get the full five stars.

Legendary for a reason. Always busy but super quick service and very cheap quality bagels. The salted beef bagel is huge and very good. Also has nice cakes. Go visit it if only to see the queues!

Just taste so good, usually buy a dozen to take home (they freeze fine for a couple of weeks) but obviously the salt beef is the one to go for if you're feeling hungry. For anyone confused by the spelling beigel/beygle is the original (yiddish) spelling, later anglicised to bagel. The staff can be quite curt if you're not ready with your order but thats all part of the experience really. Anyway theres usually a big queue so plenty of time to figure out your order by the time you get to the front.

For me and most people, the white signed Beigel Bake is the true place to get a bagel. I never know which way to spell it but 'bagel' is how I would. I digress. I pretty much only get two items on the menu apart from experimenting with a cake or a random filling, but the Salt Beef bagel is jam packed with meat. I think no salt beef bagel is complete with asking for a gherkin and mustard so make sure you do for the complete experience. They really do pack it all inside. The other bagel I get is the salmon and cream cheese which is an absolute snip at £1.60 (May - 2015). I can't go there without getting at least two bagels whether that is for lunch, in passing, or of course what most people do since this is one of few places in London that is 24 HOURS (thank the lord especially with 24 hour tubes coming up on weekends here) and on the way back home from the pub. It really is an institution on a road that is itself famous; Brick Lane. Just had one last night and the quality is consistent and the staff always chirpy. Keep up the good work. :)
