24-hour bakery known for traditional Jewish-style filled bagels such as salt beef and smoked salmon.- Google
" salt beef or smoked salmon bagel after an evening at Brew Dog."
"And you can get a bagel with cream cheese for just £1."

Don't come here with an attitude. Relax and enjoy. Yes, everything looks dodgy at this place. BUT that's the authentic experience that you were coming for to the Brick Lane (Shoreditch) anyway, right? Yes, the staff is rude. BUT have you seen the environment they are working in? Have you realised that every time you come, there are pretty much the same people behind the counter working 24/7? Have you seen the queue and the speed it disappears? What the percentage of drunk and high people is there in the queue who are almost not capable of saying what they want? Don't blame the staff, relax and enjoy the BEST BEIGELS in London. Salt beef with pickles and mustard FTW.

Staff member female with dark black hair 40-50 YOA, thick black eye liner; tried to short change me £10. I gave her £20. For one £3.70 beigel. She only gave me change of a £10. Never going there again. She was so obvious, even the other customers noticed. They must be used to abusing drunk customers.

The bagels are excellent. And i mean excellent. I would recommend buying them without filling and making your own filled bagel at home. Three stars only for two reasons: 1) the staff are curt. I've been here many times over the years and their attitude to customers is now frankly out of date. They should improve this and it should be easy to do so. 2) the customer side of the shop is just not clean. It is never clean. It never has been. That just isn't ok for a food outlet these days. It has impacted on how often i might purchase from here. If these two simple things were improved, this would get the full five stars.

Amazing value that will have you wondering how they can be in business still, Beigel Bake have baleigels and pastries a plenty throughout the night for the late night reveller. An east London institution worthy of a blie plaque.

Bagels are delish but staff have horrible attitudes. Bought two butter bagels for 60p, only had a 20p coin or a £10 note on me. Handed over the £10 to the woman with a smile, and was greeted with: "Are you ACTUALLY giving a £10 note?!" For a split second I thought she was saying it in a jokey way, but her sneer remained as she grasped the £10 like it was human excrement and not legal tender... I replied: "I'm sorry, but I don't have any small coins on me." to which she spat back: "You can't be serious, you'll take all of my change!" I work in service myself, I understand the frustration, but this is no way to speak to customers and I'd hardly tried to pay with a massive £50 note or something :( Before I could tell her to keep her poxy change, yoink back my tenner and chuck the bagels back in her face, my friend thrusted 60p at her and we swiftly exited. I've been going to this place for years and recommending it to friends, but won't go ever again after the last visit - sticking to the other bagel bakery two doors up from now on, which has equally good bagels but doesn't leave a bad taste in your mouth from mean staff who wreck your good mood.

White sign versus yellow sign, I’ve made my choice and will stick with it until I die. Excellent biegiels at a ridiculously low price when bought by the half-dozen plus. Biegel with salt beef, mustard, and pickles is a staple. Best of all is 24 hours to sate those cravings at any time of day.

Possibly one of the best places to get great bagels in London. And at such great value too! The hot salt beef with mustard is delicious and only £1.60! The staff are lovely. Because of the popularity it does tend to get quite busy. But very worth it!

It moves quickly but there is always a queue. The Salt Beef bagel is pretty good and everything here is great value. The carrot cake is also worth a try.
