Silly question about the One M8 camera

I'm getting great photos but there's something about the camera app that is driving me crazy and I think I must just be missing something but googling has not turned up an answer so I'm hoping someone here might be able to help.

After taking a picture the photo is displayed and two options come up on the screen, a check mark and a curved arrow. The curved arrow. The arrow discards the photo and goes back to the view through the camera. Touching the check mark saves the photo but then closes the camera app and goes back to the device home screen. In 9 out of 10 cases, I want to take another photo so this is really annoying that I have to open the camera app again.

How can I save a photo and then go straight into taking another photo? Or is there no way to so this? Is it just me, or is this something that would be useful that you would expect to be the default behaviour?

Thanks!

Hello,

I work at a small University and my team is looking for suggestions for a good video camera that can use a wireless mic.  We've been recording some sessions with a camcorder and haven't been very happy with the video or audio quality. We don't need real pro gear, just decent quality.

I'm looking at DSLRs but the choices are a bit overwhelming.  We're hoping to spend somewhere around £1000.  Anyone with some experience in this area have any suggestions?

Opinions about why I'm on the wrong track completely are also welcome!

Thanks!

Ben

+Jason Howell if you want to know how many people use the QR codes from the show, you should use the Google url shorter to create them, it has some analytics built in and will tell you how many times they were scanned.

Update to Google Play Books brings PDF upload from app.

I used this on the web but it was not easy to find and, if I remember correctly, made even harder recently.

This is a great development for using Play Books for research and study.
