I emailed the practitioner to set up an app't using a Groupon. The first thing I got was attitude about how far out they book. I was offered a choice of appointments (that really weren't that far out), emailed back my choice and then didn't hear back. I arrived at the time I had chosen and they told me I didn't have an appointment and there was no record of email confirming it. Nice try; I still have mine from the business confirming. The "apology" put the onus on me; this was somehow my fault. The behavior I experienced was just plain rude and for a business--forget it. I called Groupon from the parking lot and got a refund to my credit card. Money talks. Don't send yours here.

Nicole is an expert in her field and hands down the best massage therapist I have ever been to!

I am about to give up. I have been trying since December. They promise to call back within 48 hours but so far I have been unable to set an appointment. I did speak to a live person once but they were booked out beyond the dates I could use. Sadly, I prepaid for six appointments through Living Social. I am thinking of taking this up with my credit card company or Living Social. Buyer beware.

I got a facial, eyebrow wax and foot massage here through a LivingSocial deal. I'm so glad I went! The girl who did it was super friendly, and did a great job.

Been in twice to see Kristen for waxing. She is a very professional and personalble esthetician and the expertise in her work is evident in the results you receive. They are a small and very busy buisness which can make scheduling a little hard because of a loyal customer base. Currently they haven't a receiptionist so arriving more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment may leave stuck outside and calls are not commonly answered at the time they are made. Shoot for 10-5 minutes prior to the hour for better luck as they are often times finishing with clients at that time. I usually don't do reviews but seeing as how long it has taken me (being a male) to find a fantastic professional and personable esthetician (as well as a buisness that doesn't treat men like pervs for wanting to be waxed) I felt it was the right thing to do.

Teazn64 I became a new client early this year using a Groupon offer, and now I am a regular client. I had never had a waxing done, and Kristen made it a breeze for my first time! A Healer’s Hand Staff have been very accommodating and courteous when scheduling my appointments. I am always greeted with a smile. The décor is charming, peaceful, and very clean. Kristen is wonderful and very personable! A Healer’s Hand would not be as busy, if they did not provide the excellent services we enjoy! In response to SuperStar’s review: Shame on you! I despise people like you who lie and are superficial! Our struggling economy needs businesses like A Healer’s Hand and the quality of staff they employ. A Healer’s Hand staff is hard-working, honest individuals trying to make a living by providing wonderful services that help people to feel & look good. Your claims are unjustified. Slandering this lovely business with untrue facts is just out right wrong.

Called multiple times to schedule an apt but no one ever answers the phone. Do not have a comment on the quality of service as not been able to make an appointment for the past 2 months. They have called back and left a voice-mail but very inconvenient from a customer service point.
