Don't forget you can also send in your questions and we'll try to answer them live. Details on how to do that are on the link.
We've nudged Thursday's Health Hangout a little later on in the evening to 9pm BST.
This is purely so that Vanessa does not have to get up and ready for 5am Melbourne time with the expectation of actually making some sense!
Don't forget that there's still time to get your questions into our experts before the event. Post them in the comments below, Tweet them to #HealthHo or email email@example.com
Hope you can make it ;-)

And whilst we're at it, we'd like to take the opportunity to say congratulations to Hannah Bailey, who won our competition for the Nutrition Society's Clinical Nutrition textbook :-D

With any luck, they'll be answered live ;-)

If the Health Hangout were a real place, it would probably be like Central Perk in Friends, except we’d all be drinking decaf coffees and snacking on veg sticks and houmous instead of 800-calorie muffins.
Fortunately, there’s a lot more people interested in talking about health than would fit in your bog-standard coffee shop, which is why we’ve created this lovely virtual* home for us all.
Put simply, The Health Hangout is a space to chat, discuss and debate health issues that impact us all. Things like…does nutrition labelling really make a difference to our eating behaviour, how many carbs is too many carbs and is dark chocolate actually good for you? (Health issues like that nasty rash however, well they’re probably best left to your doctor, ahem)!
*Because it’s virtual, it means you can still have full-caf coffee and cake, should you so choose, no-one can see you, can they?
