A very cool demonstration of what's possible with HTML5 from Chicago band OK GO. Plus, it's entertaining.

I love the new (at least to me) mobile interface for LinkedIn Today. They've taken the drag down refresh gesture and applied it to next so you can drag up to see the next feature story in your queue. Building on the collective filtering, it makes LI Today a really useful source of stories.

Always fun to see so much creativity that's just for the fun of it.

So far, I think the most interesting aspect of Google+ is that you can create circles of people who aren't using Google+ and they still get notified (via email). In that way, it's a combination of distribution lists and social networking.

Of course, they had to do this since they're playing catch-up, but it may turn out to be a really useful aspect of the platform since for individuals it means they can manage sharing photos, thoughts, etc. in one place, and for businesses they can effectively combine email marketing with social marketing.

its te double edge sword, annoying for non-users but a requirement for the site creators if you want the site to go viral.
