If there were any time of the year in particular to scoot over to your local farmers market it's now! The colors! The selection! I picked up gorgeous radishes, sugar snap peas, and spring garlic at the Little Italy Mercato, then made a simple crunchy salad enveloped with a Green Garlic Radish Leaf Vinaigrette! Happy mouth!
