When I first came to McCauly Crossing, I really didnt know what to expect. Some apartment complex have a tendency of over promising and under delivering all for the sake of getting you to move with them and take your money. But that was not the case at all here, the representatives made me feel at home from the very first day I came for a viewing. Laura and Meredith in the rental office were friendly, professional and attentive to my request. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions honestly. But most important they worked with me and assisted me with getting the perfect apartment to fit my needs. I absolutely love my new home. The large space allowed me to enjoy family time all while lounging comfortably during the holidays. The soothing sound of the lake in the back gives me a relaxed feel while reading on my patio. I especially love living within minutes of my favorite stores for shopping. I feel safe and secure every time I go to bed. This is a perfect and convenient place to live and definitely cozy enough to call "Home Sweet Home". Thanks Ladies, you rock!!!!!

We've lived here almost a year, and I've almost never had a complaint! The office staff are always super friendly, and always make sure we are taken care of. You definitely get what you pay for here. The inside of the apartments are very clean and updated, as well as the outside. Maintenance is always fairly quick to respond as well.

I absolutely love McCauly Crossing Apartments, I love the floor plans, the neighborhood, the pricing is always within budget, maintenance is always there when needed. They are always on top of everything. Also, Laura from the leasing office has gone above and beyond for me, she has helped me with everything I have needed, as well as Meredith who also went above and beyond. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done, so lucky to have those two amazing people running the show. I am proud to say I am staying another year, all thanks to them!

I have to be honest - I changed my rating of McCauly Crossing a few time already. When I wrote my first review, I gave them 5 stars. However, shortly after writing that review, the central air conditioner went out... in the middle of the summer. It took nearly TWO MONTHS for the staff at McCauly to resolve that issue. Two months... in the middle of summer... with no AC. Though I tried to make a case for myself, the management team refused to give me any credit towards my rent or offer any kind of consolation. Needless to say, I was incredibly upset and consequently, my rating went from 5 stars to 1 star --which, unfortunately, was as low as I was allowed to go. Though I strongly considered leaving McCauly after that ordeal, binding circumstances at work coupled with the fact that I dreaded the idea of moving all of my things out of my 3rd floor apartment to move it into another place that may potentially be further from my everyday conveniences convinced me to stay for just a little while longer. So, how are things at McCauly today? The issue that I had with my AC happened about 2 years ago and things have certainly changed since then. At some point in the past few months, McCauly has raised their standards and also change the staff at the front office; this it made a world of difference. The complex seems a bit more polished these days and any work orders that are requested are handled in a timely manner. Laura, one of the leasing personnel, has done a fantastic job at changing my feelings about McCauly. It's obvious that she cares about making tenants happy and all of the issues and concerns that I've brought forward, Laura has handled them with great alacrity. Bottom line: I am very content with living at McCauly. They have made the necessary changes and ultimately ameliorated the living standards for their tenants. And yes, I would certainly recommend it to anyone that may be considering moving in.

I am a new resident of McCauly Crossing, and I must say I am enjoying my stay here! Questions I have had for the office have been answered promptly, and Ryan came right out to check on an issue with my refrigerator. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My apartment is great, and I look forward to using the facilities soon!

I moved into McCauly Crossing a month ago from Michigan and it has been pleasant. Favorites thus far are the friendly staff, the amenities (pool, tennis court, fitness room, and garages), the centralized location and the gated community. Everything has been clean and presentable. The only negative were that the apartment prep, which included the carpet (which was clean but not new) and a broken light fixture which I was able to fix myself (didn't bother to call). There are no deal breakers. I would refer a family member or friend who is looking to relocate as well.

I have now been living at McCauly Crossing for eight months, and am very happy I made the decision to move here. After living in a 2-story home for the past ten years, I was concerned about the transition to apartment living. However, thanks to the large floor plan of my 2-bedroom unit, and the spacious, nicely kept grounds of the community, it quickly felt like home to me. I would say the monthly rent is on the higher end for the area, but you do get what you pay for. All the tangible things you get with living at McCauly Crossing - large floor plans, pool, clubhouse, movie theater, green space, etc. are all very nice and a unique combination. What you won't see from an internet search are all the intangible benefits of living at McCauly. Namely the friendly and responsive office and maintenance staff. They have all given immediate attention to all my requests, and even followed through with correcting minor things I merely mentioned in casual conversation to them. Only a few negatives come to mind - security gate often is out of order, the noise from the HVAC system is a bit loud in the unit, and the monthly rent will be making a higher than expected jump going into year two of my lease.. But the positives FAR out weigh the negatives and I am very pleased with living at McCauly. Come check it out!
