We all know that breathing is essential to life and without the ability to breathe we would die very quickly. But what many people are not aware of is how breathing plays a critical part and contributes greatly to strength, flexibility, metabolic rate & weight loss, posture, fitness, spinal health and even chronic disease!

Many people do not even know what a normal breath is, let alone know how to perform the correct breathing strategy during exercise. The way we breathe when we move is critical for creating stability of the body to protect from injury.
