This is my 2nd "Beach Body Workout" series, which I filmed in Greece.

This time, we want to target the core - abs, belly pooch and love handles. These are 4 of my favourite core exercises. They look so simple, yet very effective!

Do this 5 minutes High Intensity Abs Workout at the end of each workout session for the next 4 weeks for a tighter mid section.
