Employment Opportunity: Public Program Coordinator Position Announcement

River Bend is now accepting applications for the position of Public Program Coordinator. The Public Programs Coordinator is responsible for most non-school nature programs. This position coordinates events and programs that help build an appreciation of nature. They will help with school programs and other nature center tasks as needed. Have you heard about our Nature at Night Youth Lock-in happening in May? It's for children ages 8 to 12, offering them the chance to stay overnight at River Bend and participate in lots of fun outdoor activities. There are only a few spots left in May's overnight so be sure to register your kids as soon as possible. Details and registration at the link below.

On deck this weekend is Identification of Raptors in Minnesota happening Saturday from 10-11:30am with naturalist educator Tiffany Ploehn. We'll learn about signs of raptors and how to ID them in flight then head out for a hike to try to spot some raptors. Open to adults. #returningraptors
