Such good food! I order the cuban sandwich and have them substitute the fries for rice and beans (at no extra cost). The marinated pork is always tender, juicy, flavourful and just fatty enough that it melts in your mouth. They give you a generous portion of meat - it's just ridiculous for the price (under $11). Don't hesitate and just go.

I've been to this Cafe Habana three times for brunch meetings during the work week and I have to say that although this place is constantly busy, they always deliver on service and quality dishes. My favorites so far are the Cubano sandwich, the Huevos Rancheros and their Cafe con Leche served in a tall fountain glass that keep it hot till the last drop. Highly recommended.

Love their fish tacos and mimosas! A great brunch place! Make a reservation if you intend on eating anywhere near a peak time.

Right in the heart of beautiful SoHo! Small dining area and usually a wait for a table, but WORTH IT! Came here for lunch one afternoon. I ordered the fish tacos and my husband got the pork. Food was very delicious. Highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic Cuban flavors.

i like this Mexican Joint, Yes Its mexican. not cuban. The original location is in Mexico City and i have been to that location also. The corn is good, i had better on the street but this is good for the area that is in. The corn comes with mayo, cheese and chili powder on top but it was bit dry/hard maybe not as young as it should have been. Ordered the roast pork and it came with yellow mexican rice and beans. My friend ordered the Cubano which was actually good. The place is so tiny that u cant have the food and apps on the same table. Beers were super warm and i had to ask for ice and a cup. Prices are moderate for mexican food. AC was not very good that day, it was barely comfortable + warm beers= no bueno. Maybe if the Ac worked and beers were cold and tables a bit bigger, this would have been a very good mexican restaurant The entire menu has maybe 3 cuban items. Maybe. the rest is all mexican

The cuban sandwiches here are my absolute favorite! I always get a side of grilled corn to go with my meal and it's a satisfying combination. You can either be seated in the main restaurant or you can order on the take out side. I ate once in the restaurant but found it to be a tight squeeze. If you are okay with getting food to go or just eating it outside on the sidewalk, definitely go for the take out option. The food comes up fast and if you're lucky, you might score a seat inside or on the counter. Otherwise, there's some seating on the sidewalk you can take advantage of.

I am in the restaurant business, I use a equipment service company around the corner from Café Habana. The unvarnished truth is, I look forward to machinery servicing. My staff can't understand why I choose to handle this chore myself. And I won't tell them it's to have lunch at Café Habana. The food is always fantastic as is the service. I am so amazed with regard to the kitchen staff, how they produce such high quality food in a high volume restaurant with so little space. It's like watching a Tango being performed. My hat is off to them. Looking forward to my next visit.
