I'm an assistant professor at St. John's University in New York, originally from Indiana where I taught and coached basketball.  Also, lived in Charlotte and went to UNC Charlotte before earning an MFA at Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville.

We bought a used bike late in the summer from Devil's Gear that didn't work out very well for us. We returned the following spring and were disappointed with an initial attempt to trade it in for something that was a better fit for our bike rides. We were able to talk with the store manager following that second visit, and he made us a great offer that showed how much the store stands behind the bikes they sell and that they want people to enjoy cycling. I was also briefly in touch with the owner who just wanted to make sure we got everything straightened out. Great job Devil's Gear!
