We value all of the comments we receive here on facebook. We
always love to hear of good experiences and look to improve and grow from those
that are from an unsatisfied customer. I
understand your frustration. As a
convenience to customers we offer to mark your parts upon entering the yard in
the case that you are trying to match something up. We do our best to greet each customer and check
each toolbox on the way in. Upon
leaving the yard at checkout the “marks” we put on the parts are the only way
we have to distinguish between customer parts and what parts are from the yard.
The person checking you out was
following the procedures that we have set in place. We acknowledge that there are exceptions to
every rule and our managers are available to help in such situations. I would be happy to talk with you on the
phone or in person regarding your experience and hope that we can earn your
