I was hesitant to review this place because it used to be a hidden treasure. Even though the crowd are big for the Sunday morning/afternoon feast, it's well worth the trip. It's the closest thing to Thailand that we've found in the US. The temple and the very friendly people are very representative of what you'll find in Thailand. Make sure you bring cash & an appetite. Get there when they open at 9-10am on Sunday. Split your group up & divide and conquer. Someone should go on the soup line & the other person should get on the hot noodle line at the opposite end. The fried bananas & sweet potatoes line gets big too, so get there early to enjoy the excellent food & cooler weather. Make sure you remove your shoes before entering the temple, don't step on the threshold & never point the bottom of your feet towards the front where Buddha is - sit with your feet facing back. Take a few minutes to observe the etiquette of others before entering the temple. Great food. Great people. Great location.

1st time there. Excellent food, low prices. Plan on going back - earlier next time. Calming atmosphere, crowded but no pushing. Excellent selection of plants. Cash only

Not good Thai at all. It was over priced and you have to stand in line for 30 minutes or more for some Half assed food.

Great hidden temple in the middle of Hillsborough county. A must see for all travel junkies and residents. You can go there any day of the week and have a nice look at the grounds. Hope them continued prosperity.

Pet friendly!! Plenty of FREE parking. Bring cash they do not accept credit cards!! It is outside, but there are between 10-20 picnic tables most are under the trees with shade! It's on the water with a beautiful view and a nice breeze. They also sell magnificent, unique plants cumquat trees, tangerine, berries, aloe, roses & orchids for like $5-10 Also.. The people are very friendly. LOTS of unique food, my personal favorite are the egg rolls and pork rolls $1 each!! They are DELICIOUS!! Unique desserts and the soup bowls for $5 which could probably feed someone for two days with how big it is (the line is LONG, but worth the wait!) Of Course, the temple is amazing and very colorful, perfect for pictures!! Lots of place for kids to run around and play. I would definitely bring out of town guests to this hidden treasure. Must experience!!

Great spot to meet up with friends for breakfast/brunch for a variety of thai food: pho, friend bananas, mango and sticky rice , fried coconut pudding, all sorts of meats, curries, potted plants, herbs and vegetables, etc. All along the riverside, with benches and picnic tables under canopies of Palm trees. You can come by boat if you want, there's a ramp. I suggest you here thereat 9:30 unless you lie the1.5 hr line for 8$ pho.
