Cheat meals benefit you just as much physically as mentally. Cheat meals are not just to make you feel all happy and normal. You need to load up on food during times of hard core dieting/cycling. cheat meal is too reboot And recharge your body so It can pick back up and work harder pushing past any plateaus. Esp in a calorie deficit or lower carb diet. Very beneficial. Not just for mental!! Good vid Kayla 😊
