This is a very important cause to me and my family, and I would sincerely appreciate your support, large or small. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

In my last job I spent a lot of time in Canada. I didn't realize, in my many visits to Toronto, how Mayor Rob Ford felt about bikes. He says cyclists are "a pain in the ass," and that "roads are built for buses, cars and trucks, not for people on bikes."

Take a look at what the BBC has to say on this topic at the included link.

+DL Byron is on his way to Toronto with +Bike Hugger soon. Wonder if he can get a meeting with His Honour or maybe take him on a ride. Mobile Social anyone, eh?
Toronto mayor Rob Ford has been accused of waging a 'war of cyclists' by removing bike lanes in the city.

Mayor Rob is too Fat to fit on any bike... or removing another bike lane because of those annoying tree hugger cyclist, we just need more car fumes in Toronto to make it a "foggy city"

I know this is blasphemy, but I still prefer Facebook and Twitter.

I actually think that Picasa is just dandy for photo sharing. It's sure has a heckuva lot more functionality than Facebook's photo sharing service although it is a bit on the clunky side. On the flipside, I've never really gotten into the swing of Flickr so I may not know what I'm missing.

+Richard Masoner, embedding a Picasa photo on a blog depends on which blog service you use. Blogger is super easy since it's all Google. You just use the little photo button at the top when you're creating your entry. If you're using another service, click on the "link to this photo" link to the right of the photo you want to embed and it will give you html and straight URL options for embedding your photo. It's pretty straight forward from there, just choose a size, copy and paste, and you're golden.

Great beer brewed in Utah? You bet! Head on over to the Red Rock Beer Store and you won't be disappointed. All of their brews are simply world class. My favorite Red Rock beer is their Le Quatre Saison. A nice Belgian-style ale. Pour yourself a glass and fire up the reruns of this year's Fleche Wallone or Ronde van Vlaanderen cycling races. You won't be disappointed.
