This was my favorite Mexican restaurant in the entire world. Great Mole sauce with the chicken. Shrimp Charlee is one of several excellent shrimp dishes. The chips and salsa are excellent (and free). The house margarita is the reference by which I judge the rest. If I could give a place six stars, this would be it. Now that this location is closed, Look to Fiesta Del Mar Too and La Fiesta in Mountain View for similar menus.

A quaint Mexican restaurant that gives the mom & pop shop vibe. A great variety of selections. I had the enchilada rancheras. Surprisingly the chicken enchilada was better than the pork enchilada. Usually one of the strengths of an enchilada is the carnitas, so I was disappointed by that. Overall the food was good and it was a great experience.

This place was better ten years ago. Their chile relleno was a little bland and the tortillas were so-so. Their sister restaurants near castro (fiesta del mar) and on california avenue (palo alto sol) are much better.

It is a great place to go on Shoreline Blvd for wonderful Mexican food. It has a sister restaurant, Fiesta Del Mar Too, near Castro, equally as good. The shrimp cocktails are wonderful. My usually order is that, a Margarita and a beef enchilada. They never change from top quality each and every time. Great place to meet with friends. But it can get quite crowded on a busy night, so I do like to go a little 'off hours' to avoid the wait time.

We came here from the good reviews we found, extremely disappointed. The salsa they brought was good, spicy and flavorful, it gave me hope. The burritos are made with 8 inch tortillas, very small, I ordered a chicken burrito anyway (for $13!!!). I got a plate of rice, a bowl of refried beans and a "burrito". This burrito only had chicken in it, nothing else, the flavor was poor and I left half on my plate, I left hungry and in need of another dinner. Other items might be good here, but the chicken burrito is not one of them, add that the price of the place, and I recommend going elsewhere, we definitely won't be back.

I gotta go five stars, cause I love this place. Problem is I'm addicted to their vera cruz shrimp cocktail. That's all I ever order...once in awhile a burrito or enchilada, but no matter, my wife loves Fiesta Del mar too. They specialize in shrimp dishes. I love the hot ones best. Their margaritas are rocket fuel. Good stiff pour, and good variety of tequilas available. I don't drink any other mixed drink, so rate the bar highly on that one item. I recommend this place out of love. We've been eating there for over 16 years. I remember because I had two drinks there once when my son was 16 and I didn't think I was good to drive so called the kids to come pick us up. They were cracking up because dad was drunk. I wasn't drunk, but won't drive if I can feel the alcohol, and I definitely could feel it as the floor was moving under my feet. Their flan is great, but I'm too fat to do dessert anymore. Got arthritis and can't exercise much, so sweet stuff has to go. Great stop after a move at Shoreline as they're right up the street. Their menu is online to check pricing.

Im a first timer to this place. Great food and good service. I had the Seafood Soup which was excellent. Plus three different salsas had great flavor. Good place to eat.
