Congrats, Habitat Ireland!
Thanks to all those who attended the President's Visit today in Inchicore. For those who could not attend here is an Irish Times Video highlighting the event.

In time for orthodox Easter, our Habitat for Humanity affiliate in Beius finished the "Easter House". A total of 4 families will benefit of a new and decent place to live, a true resurrection and renewal for their lives.

Snowfall and snowstorms of unprecedented magnitude hit eastern and south eastern counties of Romania this February, covering thousands of houses into heavy snow up to the roofs. In some places up to 13 feet of snow have been recorded, practically isolating more than 70.000 people from the rest of the country. Although the worst part is now over, with many organizations and the army responding to the immediate rescue need, Habitat for Humanity Romania took up the task to contribute to the rebuilding effort through it's own Disaster Response Program. Please share and help us to have a meaningful impact on the lives of more than 1,000 persons that we wish to reach during this Disaster Response project.

Thrivent for Lutherans started its partnership with Habitat for Humanity on an international level in Romania, in 2005, with the Habitat for Humanity Romania's affiliate in Cluj, Transylvania. We are proud that we were able to help consolidate this extraordinary relationship.
Habitat for Humanity of Sangamon County is proud to partner with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans to build a home in Springfield in 2012 as part of their commitment to build decent and affordable housing through Thrivent Builds.
