Worst EMR ever. They still don't have functional ICD-10, still have meds in my surescript data base that are not even available on market, and can't give me a time or gameplan for when they will fix it. I have been with this group since 2005, and want out.

We've used it for 10 years, and while the software suite is decent, the support has steadily gotten worse and worse. They need to spend a few more dollars helping their offices out if they want to secure new business. Back in 2006 a customer service rep would answer the phone and help you on the spot. Then circa 2008 they would usually take your name and call you back, but would offer to webex in to your system and show you what was wrong. Now, it is merely an answering service, and no actual customer service happens when you call. You can submit a ticket, but these tickets sit idle for weeks at a time, even when you specify "high priority". I hope they get their act together because we'd rather not have to switch to another EMR 10 years after this choice.

They double bill, promise a product that works which it does not, and insists on payment despite defective and bug laden software. Arrogant, rude and condescending. No regard to the well-being of the system in the office, and no regard to bugs, technical support, or compatibility with modern operating systems. No MAC no WINDOWS 7/8 support.

Awful. Actively researching a replacement EMR once I'm finished with this review.

Disregard the 1 star - should be 0. Have waited on support tickets up to 3 months. Tried speaking to manager to complain - manager never called me back. You have more luck to keep calling because the person who answers the phone for the day may be the person who supports the feature that doesnt work. When new, it took them 6 months to get their product working. As 1 feature after another was installed they told me " oh u dont have xyz setup" so after 6 months everything was finally installed. Said the annual fee started the day the clinic signed for it - who cares if they never set it up.
