Went for wife's birthday, our room was upgraded, the service and staff was amazing. Live all of the music paraphernalia, we are very into music. The restaurants in the hotel are amazing and cover all kinds of food choices. Even caught a concert at the joint, bullet for my Valentine, tickets were inexpensive too boot!

Wow! I love this place! It's unlike any other hotel/casino in Las Vegas! The entire thing is completely dedicated to music, there are stellar displays all over the place! My favorite thing? The SAME music plays throughout the ENTIRE place! You're not plagued with theme changes, music changes, or atmosphere changes. The whole place is amazing. If I could improve anything... Find a way to play the music in the rooms, if the guest so chooses. Annnnnd they maybe should invest in better mattresses bc both of the ones in my room were worn out and broken down.

Thoroughly enjoyed the meals I had at Mr. Lucky's and at the Hard Rock Cafe. Found the Hard Rock Cafe to be really pricy even for a Hard Rock especially in Vegas... I eat at the one in Orlando regularly and it isn't as bad. Loved the casino layout, not too big, nice and inviting, just enough tables to keep me happy. The craps croupiers were fast, friendly and knowledgeable which is always a plus. Would happily visit here again.

Went to the race and sportsbook to bet on the Superbowl. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Ate at pink taco. Got carde asada fries and pink taco. Everything was delicious and fast.

This place is awesome! Everything you can ask for in one location. Good food at Mr. Lucky's, clubs, stiff drinks, and great music. The rooms are amazing, big, and the beds are crazy comfy. Perfect to nap or sleep for 10 hours after partying hard on the strip. We will probably stay here next time. Check it out!

Clean and chic hip rooms very contemporary and good vibes ...beautiful scenery and views from top floor rooms planes takeoff right over your room and only negative is the 1.5 mile walk from the strip ..bathrooms are Awsome and rooms are spacious

The good: customer service, location. The bad: MAINTENANCE (or the lack thereof). I've always stayed in the HRH suites at the Hard Rock, so this was my first time experiencing the Paradise Tower. First, I want to say that customer service at the Hard Rock is always pretty good, and this time was exceptional. From the lovely clerk who kindly checked me in even when I went to the HRH desk out of habit (derp!), to the cheerful room service order-taker and the gentleman who delivered it to me. You guys genuinely were great. Also, the beds are always SO comfy, which is why I love to stay here. Now for the bad. First thing I notice: the outside of my door/doorframe is covered in what looks like... someone swiped dirt over it. I'm hoping that's dirt, anyway. Inside, things are... interesting. Water glass with former beverage still attached inside. Questionably cleaned shower (smelled like.... something I don't want to guess at). Finally, as I'm walking around in my bare feet, I walk over a bleached-out part near the front door and realize it's... damp. And smells, very faintly, like puke. I love the Hard Rock but next time I'm doing Airbnb. Those usually are clean.

Long review incoming. It took an hour to detail the issues, so buckle up. The single star The Hard Rock LV gets is for the staff, who are kind and try to be helpful. The management and property get zero stars. They look to add additional charges in any way they possibly can. The goal of any company is to make money, but good hotels focus on hospitality - the Hard Rock does not. First, if you pick up any of the items in-room you are immediately charged for them regardless of whether or not you actually consume them. They must be rectified IN PERSON to remove the charges. Checkin takes ages. Their system requires multiple levels of confirmation, and averages 10 minutes PER guest in front of you. We waited over 30 minutes for 4 people to check in ahead of us. The hotel also charged a security deposits of $50 PER NIGHT cumulative. Staying for 10 nights? That's a $500 hold they're going to put on your card. Let's talk service. We had 6 small boxes which were then brought up via bellhop. When it came time to check out, the bellhop was not allowed to remove the boxes. He apologized profusely, but the hotel wanted to charge a $65 per box fee to remove them. These boxes weighed ~150 lbs combined - no problem with a luggage cart, but a big problem to try and hand carry. Room service late delivering coffee in the morning - which is only an issue because THERE ARE NO COFFEE MAKERS IN THE ROOM (unlike virtually EVERY other hotel in the civilized world). Want coffee? I hope you're ready to pay over $25 for coffee (a 20% gratuity is added automatically) There is also no mini-fridge. There is a mini-BAR, but there is no room for other items. Want to store some food? You're out of luck unless it's canned. But none of that matters, because the Hard Rock LV doesn't allow outside food or beverages in the hotel. Want to bring in a 6pack? I hope you like smuggling beer in a suitcase and drinking it warm. The restaurants, with the exception of Pink Taco, are lousy. Low quality greasy food with a HUGE markup. I purchased a single slice of pizza the first night, and was charged $6.75. For a single slice of pizza. I'm from NYC, and I'll pay $5 for a superb slice, but almost $7 is an affront to all things right in the universe. The decor could best be described as goth-modern. It's entirely shades of black and grey, with cheep looking details that remove any of the grace associated with modern design like flowing lines and elegant muted colors. The Hard Rock rooms are dark shades of grey and the carpets haven't been steamed in years. Don't put anything down, because you'll never find it among the cluttered design and dark palate. The bathroom smelled like urine, and my room on the 10th floor had water pressure so low the toilet clogged 3 times in 3 days. The hair dryer was hidden in the closet, and I didn't discover it until the 3rd day! I will say that the view from my room on the 10th was superb, and looked out over this strip (which is a ways away, so you'll need transit to get there). We rented three rooms from the HR for a convention - one as a show room, two for living quarters. Each room was the same level of dingy, dark, and disgusting, and only my personal room had a view. The others looked out onto a roof with a wall blocking further view. Additionally, the hotel exterior is lit with blue light all night that comes through the blinds. Blue light screws with circadian rhythm, and makes it difficult to get a good nights rest as our bodies associate it with daylight. The Hard Rock has some redeeming features, but they can all be accessed by visiting the casino. The clothing and instruments from music legends are great, but not worth staying at the hotel. The pools are only open from ~10-11am, and close at sunset. No night swimming at this hotel! All the free pools are outdoor - the indoor pool is small and costs $50/day to access. In summary, the Hard Rock is expensive, dirty, unattractive, slow, and unhappy. If you aren't staying on the strip, stay at the Tuscany Suites.
