Rock 'n' roll-themed casino resort featuring concerts, music memorabilia & a lively pool scene.- Google
"Great rooms, no mini fridge though, only a stocked mini bar that's expensive."
"Friendly dealers and bartenders, venue has cool music memorabilia."

Room was immaculate, staff was friendly and helpful. Casino was carried and whole hotel ambiance was cool and pleasing. We dined at Culinary Drop Out and our waiter was helpful and attentive. Coffee and mini donuts at Fuel was fair. We would gladly return again

Even though we lost our money. The dealer Tyler Warne was good to us. We laughed and joked around for hours. He referred us to 24 hour eateries because we were hungry and didn't want to go back to the strip right away because we were having so much fun. He told us about other attractions in the area since we were from his hometown Philadelphia. We stayed at a strip hotel but we will surely be back to visit Tyler in the future.

They're trying, but this place has seen its best days pass by. The building, rooms, common areas just look tired. No coffee maker or fridge in the room. Had to call to get a hairdryer brought to the room. The main pool was closed while we were here for no apparent reason. This caused the other pools to be overcrowded. Probably an isolated incident, but still consistent with our overall feeling about the place - tired and lacks proper care from the staff. If you find a super cheap rate and plan to spend most of your time outside of the casino, give it a try, but don't go out of your way to stay here. NOT on the strip; just a few blocks off, tho. Good parking garage. Stay in the paradise tower instead of the casino tower, for sure.

Disappointed. We won't be back. 2 out of 4 pools were closed. Pools closed at 7pm which didn't give us anytime in pool after dinner when checking in during afternoon. No shade for parents to sit at family pool unless you want to spend more $ to reserve it. Family pool is too small and not enough chairs when towels don't get picked up after people leave. Also, front desk wasn't friendly when asking for extra towels and had to call twice to remind them to bring it.

Booked 3 suites in HRH with 10 friends for bachelor party. Rooms we're very late at check in. Check in was rude and said check in was between 3-5. None of the rooms were ready at 4:50pm. She laughed and said I have until 5pm! We got into our rooms after 5 and the 3rd room closer to 6. The rooms in wall entertainment systems didn't work! This is common because I have been there 3 times. In addition old iPod hook ups that are outdated. Also mini bar areas had 50% of the items missing for purchase. Air conditioning you could turn to 50 degrees and wouldn't kick out air it took a full day to get the room to 69 degrees. It's to bad because I enjoyed this hotel for many years and probably won't return after this last experience. Biggest reason was how me and my friends were treated and I am a backstage pass member too.

It was a satisfactory stay room view was from the outside of paradise tower and there's really nothing to look at. I did get a chance to visit the pool and saw the spa but didn't make the time to visit. I ate and gambled elsewhere. I did lose my wallet and the security was quick to respond and search through surveillance footage. However my wallet has not recovered.

Good quiet location, just outside of the main strip. There are very good pool parties durimg summer months and a sleek casino on the ground floor. There are a lot of cool artifacts scattered around the hotel which are interesting to observe. Rooms are very sleek in the HRH Tower where I stayed and service is quick and efficient amd very friendly.

I went for warped tour, so I didn't get too much of a feel for the hotel, but the venue was pretty good. The pools were nice, the staff professional and the place was well taken care of. There were some stupid things but I'm not sure if they were a result of the tour or the hotel. Overall a wonderful experience.
