Room was immaculate, staff was friendly and helpful. Casino was carried and whole hotel ambiance was cool and pleasing. We dined at Culinary Drop Out and our waiter was helpful and attentive. Coffee and mini donuts at Fuel was fair. We would gladly return again

All in all a bad experience. We spent good money upgrading our room and were assured a room within the hour. SIX hours later we finally get a room. That's just where the terrible experience begins. After spending our hard earned money in their restaurants and casino, they have the audacity to not check the cameras when one of there bar-side poker machines eats my $100. According to them there is nothing they could do. Needless to say they are petty nickel and dimers, do not stay here for your vacation.

The pools are really cool. They have a sand pool with salty water big DJ booth, a poker pool table. The day beds have a safe with a personal keypad code. They also have cabanas all around with tv. Staff is really nice and cool. The food was good. But the cocktails not so good. They also have a Lot of rules to get to the pool party so be aware of them before going.

The room was nice, kind of bummed that they didn't have a mini fridge or a tub in the room. We did have a great view of the pool. The hotel has a lot of things to look at plus a variety of places to eat. We also attended a concert while staying the night. The venue was large and very nice. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Disappointed. We won't be back. 2 out of 4 pools were closed. Pools closed at 7pm which didn't give us anytime in pool after dinner when checking in during afternoon. No shade for parents to sit at family pool unless you want to spend more $ to reserve it. Family pool is too small and not enough chairs when towels don't get picked up after people leave. Also, front desk wasn't friendly when asking for extra towels and had to call twice to remind them to bring it.

Loved it for the most part. Great location, comfortable beds, nice rooms and good options to eat at and around the hotel. The gentleman Anthony who checked us in was pretty awesome too. My only suggestion to others is to ask for a quiet room if you plan on sleeping in past 11:00 Wednesday through Sunday. The rehab pool party was so loud that it was impossibe to sleep.

The hotel is ok not very accommodating when it comes to the pool. They have a lot of security at the 21 and over pool. The wifi is only free in the concierge service room. The resort fee is about $32 a day + $50 a day for incidentals. The family pool is far from the hotel rooms so you have to walk to the whole casino to get to it. The pool closes at 7 PM every night which to me this is the stupidest thing I ever heard in the desert the pool closes at 7 PM. I did like pink taco the food was good. Luckys on the other hand took forever for breakfast it should be caught you're lucky if you get your breakfast at breakfast.

Only leaving 2 stars just because it's a cool looking hotel and All the memorabilia was awsome. On the other hand. Our experience with the room and service sucked.. we had roaches in our room. Phone did not work so if we needed to call the desk, room service or just call in or out period nothing worked..our view of a wall was horrible. Tried to call and explain to the lady at the front desk and the only answer I got back was "oh ok". The mirrors totally sucked. Had dark walls bad lighting so it was hard for my wife and I to prepare our selfs to go out. I would not recommend this place.. could of got a low budget hotel and had a better experiance.
