Introduction
AMERICAN FINE ART ARTIST-Linda Carr. I paint daily in my art studio. Linda is known for impressisted and realist style and ability to make her subject come to life.

Linda is becoming know for "Linda Carr:Painting a Day" daily oil paintings are posted on her website, Linda Studio. Stilllife, Seascapes, Landscapes, Water, Koi, Seacapes, Dresses, Portraits. 

Linda is dedicated to her artwork. Linda's alla prima paintings practice is inspired by Italian and Dutch masters she studied in Europe.  

Bragging rights
While at I.C.C. she received the Award of Excellance for Outstanding Technical Communication at Bradley University and sponsored by Caterpillar and others. She also received the First Place Award in the National 'Employ-the-Handicapped' Poster Contest sponsored by the Department of Illinois Disabled Americans. Later she was a volunteer art teacher assistance at the "Sun Foundation". Assisted renowned sculptor Erik Blome, his works include bronze portraits of the professional basketball player Michael Jordon's father, James; and nine-foot tall statue of Martin Luther King, Jr.
