The best French Dip in town. This classic institution of old LA is where you rub shoulders waiting in line and seated on the long booths. Obviously the roast beef is the first thing you should order. The pork sandwich is great as well. Secret tip: great chili at this establishment, and all the sides are worth the order. Finish the meal with a slice of pie and you're set for the rest of the day.

Unique Los Angeles restaurant that is well worth enjoying a casual lunch. The French Dip bread is so tasty and great texture. Upstairs is much more quiet that the business of downstairs where orders are placed.

A must seat-and-eat breakfast and lunch place to visit if you're in L.A. Their Philly Sandwiches are delicious. THe lamb philly cheese sandwich is my favorite but everything in this place is completely heaven to your palete. The only con I would say is a cash only place. but they have an ATM machine inside.

Hands down the best French dip in the land far and wide. Expect big lines specially on lunch or dinner times. One of LAs original and most well known places

I was dragged here by a friend that knows I don't eat meat. While they don't have much vegetarian options I didn't really mind my cheese sandwich, but it wasn't all that great either. My friend really enjoyed his double dipped roast beef sandwich at least. The location is small and parking is very difficult. Lines will be long and crazy!
