Does anyone have a list of requirements for what your analytics program should do? I am making a business case of why to switch over to GA vs. fixing Webtrends. Could anyone share this with me?

+Grant Kemp is right, just ask the Webtrends folks why you should not switch to GA but rather stay with them. This will give you something to start your business case with.

I love the furniture I got, but the customer service was awful. Awful. Update: After having multiple delivery days scheduled, a price quoted not being honored, a damaged chair delivered and then insisting I pick up the new one, I received another scratched chair. To which they told me I must have done that. I did not. So I am still left with a damaged chair. UNREAL.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Not only is the customer service awful, they are unwilling to work with their customers. We had purchaed a groupon and came in a few days late. They refused to honor it. We will not be coming back. The hostess was incredibly rude, and I find it rediculous that the whole point of buying a groupon is so that new people have a good experience in your restaurant. We would have never come there otherwise, and will not be coming back. I even spoke to 3 different people and none were willing to do a thing.

Do not waste your time. Small place. The person who owns this is full of themselves and rude. I was told I would get 3 massages with my groupon, and then found out it was only two, after having the 3 scheduled for months. She decided to call me, like I was the dumb one for not realizing how much their massages were. Disappointment.
