Solar lights in the darkness are just one of many ways that Operation Blessing partners reached out to the survivors of #HurricaneMaria in Puerto Rico last year. You also provided food, disaster aid, and safe water to your fellow Americans on the devastated island. On this #WorldHumanitarianDay, we thank you for making a difference! https://www.ob.org/post-maria-puerto-rico/

Deepana's all smiles now, but she spent too much of her life close to death's door.

When her health failed, her father made the long trip from #Nepal to her uncle’s home in #India. At the government hospital, she was diagnosed and treated for tuberculosis. But soon after, her health deteriorated once again, and her family couldn’t manage to obtain the medicine she needed.

They were on the verge of giving up. Then a health worker from Bangalore Baptist Hospital, a partner organization supported by Operation Blessing’s faithful donors, spotted Deepana during a mobile clinic. They treated her and made sure she would have the medicine and care she needed until she fully recovered.

Pray for children like Deepana in need of vital #medical care.
