Update: After spending several hours waiting for my tire to be fixed, I went up to the counter to ask about the status. They walked me out to the shop and showed me my tire stating it could not be repaired as the damage was too close to the sidewall and I would need a new tire. I politely declined the tire and asked that they put the damaged tire back on, which they did and fid not charge me for the visit. I drove home, removed the tire myself and inspected it and found that the damage they pointed out was only superficial, it was a screw embedded into the tread. Upon further inspection I noticed a nail in the center of my tire, which was the culprit and one that was fixable. I took the tire to another shop where they patched it without any concerns. One hour down for a tire repair and still waiting. Wondering why my hood is open on my car when I am simply getting a tire repaired? The reviews are certainly looking to be accurate. I suggest you look elsewhere for services provided by this store.
