Excellent doctor! She's very patient and thorough! I didn't have a long wait time and didn't feel as if she was rushing me like a lot of physicians do. I will definitely continuing receiving care from her and refer her to others. Thank you Dr. Alexander!
Dr. Alexander is very proactive and attentive to any concerns I have. The office staff is also easy to work with and discuss billing with. In the few years I've been a patient here there was only one concern over insurance being denied for pre-approval for a surgery that delayed the procedure. This was resolved and has not negatively affected our relationship in anyway. She is definitely a standout doctor in her field, and I have recommended her to friends.
Dr. Alexander is stellar. She always also addresses any concerns and questions that I have regarding my health in her expertise. Not many, but I trust her, which is extremely important to me, concerning my health as a senior citizen.
