First major frustration with the Touchpad, and it's a doozy -- HPPlay, the software tasked with importing one's music to the tablet, exists for Windows and Mac users but not for Linux. Really, HP? Really? Precisely how many Mac folk do you expect to be early adopters of the Touchpad? And how is that number high enough to screw over the audience that's actually trying to adopt? Not happy right now. Not happy.
My Touchpad case has arrived from HP (and it's all nice and velvet-textured like the Seidio extended-use battery on my Pre, oooo) and my G+ invitation backlog seems to be getting through at last -- clearly the day is assuming a sucking-less approach at this time.
Enjoying Google+ so much I haven't found the time to check Facebook today (I'm apt to regret that later), but I'm not in love with Notifications; someone needs to give me an elevator bar there for those extra-long threads.
Absolutely stupendous service -- ticket came, ticket went to Jeannie, ticket dismissed. (And yes, I've learned my lesson; my first speeding ticket and I intend to make it my last.) Her communcations are clear and professional and I was always sure of what to expect from the process and what was required of me. Thanks so much Jeannie!
