Men have long been pressured to live up to unrealistic fitness standards. We've endured relentless body shaming and had to navigate a world in which we're often pre-judged by our appearance.

As most of you already know, the U.S. military will soon be invading Texas, confiscating everyone's guns, implementing martial law and mandating that barbecue restaurants serve only vegan food.

If there's one thing we should all be furious about it's outrage.

I’d like to propose a new rule: If you’re awaiting trial on manslaughter charges, you don’t get to go on vacation in the Bahamas.

Nobody is more passionate about the need for campaign finance reform than a presidential candidate about to campaign using unreformed finances.

A couple years ago I was asked to speak at a conference in Chicago. I prepared, in traditional journalistic fashion, by doing everything at the last minute and then walked into the event expecting a relatively low-key affair.

It seems America could benefit from some Avengers assembling.

One does not become America's most-beloved workplace advice columnist without learning to function under extreme pressure.

The U.S. Supreme Court will finally hear arguments on same-sex marriage next week, and that can mean only one thing: We're all going to die.

There’s too much meanness in the world today. Much of it happens online, a realm that’s difficult-to-police, but when it happens out in the open, right in our faces, it seems reasonable that it should be dealt with – harshly.

Because of a family health issue, we needed to move a vehicle from southern Arizona to Chicago - and we needed to do it quickly. I contacted AmeriFreight and within a half-hour had a very reasonable rate quote with options for a pickup within a matter of days. Having never done this, I had many questions, and my agent was wonderfully responsive. The car had to be picked up from an assisted-living facility. We received notice of the pick up the day before, the morning of and a half-hour before the driver arrived. The driver was very kind and thorough, making it easy for our relative to deal with everything. We were expecting a delivery in about 7 days, which was perfectly fine. Then after three days we got a call saying the car had already arrived. The driver delivered the car - in perfect condition - to our home and again was as courteous and polite as can be. The company then followed up to make sure everything had gone well. I could not more highly recommend AmeriFreight. Great service, and great people. They made a difficult time much easier for us.
