This was a terrible mani-pedi!!! The manicurist was looking out the window half of the time (while filing or buffing - not even looking at what she was doing) or chiming in to the conversation at the next chair. She barely exfoliated my heels, which is why I get professional pedis, and my nails turned out uneven in shape, length, and polish coverage. I'm not from Denver so will never return to this place, but people should beware before going here!

My experience here was very bad. I went in to have fake nails removed, and one had already lifted so it was already gone. The nail tech asked why I didn't want to keep them and get a fill, and I said that my nails grew too fast and I didn't want to spend $100/month to maintain it. She said it wouldn't be that much, and I pointed out that if I have to go in 3x/mo, and her price is $30/rebase... well, she wanted to argue with me, so I let it drop. She was distracted by the phone multiple times, despite there being 3 other people (presumably employees) lounging around. She was impatient with me, like I was a bother to her, despite being the only customer. She had to let me soak in acetone & dremel off the lacquer, and not only was she rough but she kept dremeling the finger that already had the nail removed. Essentially she sanded away most of that nailbed, just because she couldn't be bothered to pay attention. I would never go back there.

My daughter & I had a girls' day out and I took her here for her first manicure. The nail techs were friendly and threw in a free design for her. This place is just right if you want a basic manicure and don't want to spend a lot--only $15 as opposed to $25 for the fancier places. One con: like many of these shops, the staff don't seem to understand what hairdressers figured out long ago--that chatting with customers would make them enjoy the visit more and want to come back, while chatting with the other employees in a foreign language makes the customer feel ignored and left out.
