The way these people treat customers is Horrible. They have a Nice display at their facility that I was impressed with. My self and John who works there specked out a swing set to meet out space I provided him with pictures and measurements of the space. I gave him a 50% deposit and the swing set was to be installed b them 3 days prior to Christmas as a present for my 4 children. On the 22nd I called and asked why I had not heard from him. He said after complaining that it may rain on the 23rd that he would send out a 3 man crew to deliver and install the swing set. Upon their arrival they brought an assembled swing set that weighed a couple thousand pounds and said they could not get it into the yard. My wife was upset and the leed guy in their crew said to her "I Guess Christmas is not happening around here" This really disappointed me and I called John at the store to tell him my wife was upset and asked could he have his guy be a little nicer to her. His response was "Don't tell me what to do with my guys" I was in complete shock... Terrible customer service here Like I've never encountered in My life.... I wound up going to my house with 6 of my employees and dismantling and reassembling the swing set myself to get the set installed for Christmas. The Purchase was ok but the follow through and installation was a complete disaster. They said it was my responsibility to figure out how the set was to get into the yard. I never was advised of this when the purchase was made. All in all it was a terrible experience they were nice until they got the deposit but after that they were rude and inconsiderate.

I would never recommend this Firm.... I had retained Nadine Maleski in 2003 to represent me in a child custody case where no marriage existed. In an agreement in 2005 where my son Ryan was to travel for 2 years with his mother to Hong Kong to reside I signed an Order stating I would put 1 million dollars in a trust for my son in Lieu of life insurance, I could not get because I was diagnosed with malignant Melanoma. Nadine stated don't worry about it just get the insurance when you can. I currently have 3 other children and have a term Policy for 1 Million. I am being taken back to court because I do not have 1 million Cash in a trust 8 years later. I went back to Nadine's firm to make this Right. Her staffed Attorney Adam Eisenhut took over My case and for the entire Process wanted me to concede and give in to the demands for increased child support and advised me that Now I would have to get a whole Life insurance Policy for the million not knowing if the judge would accept that. Because of my illness the insurance is not affordable. Words cant explain how dissatisfied how disappointed I am in this firm. I spent a ton of money with them and got absolutely no where. One time their email server was down and rejecting emails and when I called to let them know their server was down Nadine actually billed me the time of their call when I told them they were having network issues. All in all they are only concerned with their billing and time and really do not look out for the best interests of their clients. On so many occasions I had to remind them on details related tot he case and they came to court and mediation unprepared or professionally able to represent me properly. Do Yourself a Favor and find another attorney This firm is Awful... I noticed there are no positive reviews of this firm so that alone should stand for itself.

I called Rolf on a Monday Morning frustrated over an ongoing overheat issue I was having with my twin engine 350 Mercury 2007 Crown Line. He answered the call and was polite and listened to my situation explained to him on the phone. He agreed to pull it out of the water for me using his truck and trailer which was done exactly on time at 10 am Tuesday. By 4pm I received a call from him telling me exactly all the issues he had found and what was causing my overheat issue. My previous mechanic replaced my water pump saying that would fix it. When it did not he suggested replacing the exhaust and riser manifolds. I was tired of the guessing game and called Rolf. He diagnosed it as a corrosion issue where the intake in the drive was and took care of a lot of other issues I had not even knew existed. My boat was back in the water as promised by the weekend and the price I paid for the service was very fair. I 100% recommend this professional Marine mechanic. My experience was nothing but thrilling. What a relief to finally find and honest competent guy in this field...
