Jamie Mcallister Horrible experience with the owner using vulgar and inappropriate language; his inability to listen to my point of view and come to an understanding to resolve the issue was very unprofessional. I have never experienced a business manager or especially an owner with such a lack of concern for what someone had to say in order to come to a resolution of a problem The owner of Yardworks Jamie Mccallister left this review on my Google listing of my business in retaliation for a litigate BAD review I wrote on his Google listing. seems somehow he had it removed so I'll post it again here. I dealt with John at their Keyport location in mid November for a swing set I was looking to purchase as a gift for my children for Christmas. the initial process was smooth and seem less John followed through and was very helpful in helping me select the set that would fit in the space I had. Note I provided pictures of the space and measurements of the area I had. I ordered the set and had set up and install date with him for Dec 22nd or 23rd. a week before I called to make sure it was all good to go and John informed me that they could not get stock of the swing set in the color I wanted. this was a month after ordering it. We made some concessions and agreed on another manufacturer that he said he could get for the next week. NEVER heard from him on the 22nd it was a Tuesday... on the 23rd I called and he said they would not come because it was raining. after some back and fourth they sent the crew down. When they arrived I was not home and they showed up with a fully assembled swing set. John never mentioned that the set would come on a flatbed fully assembled. what really got me upset was the delivery guy that they noted to me is a Pastor said to my wife that "Christmas would not be Happening at this house this Year" I told them to hang there and I left work with 7 of my co workers made it home and fully disassembled and reassembled the set myself with the help of my men. The delivery guys would not help me in the slightest way. I left them to set the swings and side bars and made Christmas Happen for My children. All in all I would not recommend this company to anyone. When I told the guy John and Jamie that their delivery guys upset my Wife and asked them to please be nicer to her they told me on the phone "Don't tell me what to do with my guys" They are all nice in the beginning but when they have your money they could care less. I see only 1 positive review on his Google listing and investigated it to be a friend of theirs. So that should tell you what Your dealing with if you choose to do business with them you'll be disappointed as I was....

I called Rolf on a Monday Morning frustrated over an ongoing overheat issue I was having with my twin engine 350 Mercury 2007 Crown Line. He answered the call and was polite and listened to my situation explained to him on the phone. He agreed to pull it out of the water for me using his truck and trailer which was done exactly on time at 10 am Tuesday. By 4pm I received a call from him telling me exactly all the issues he had found and what was causing my overheat issue. My previous mechanic replaced my water pump saying that would fix it. When it did not he suggested replacing the exhaust and riser manifolds. I was tired of the guessing game and called Rolf. He diagnosed it as a corrosion issue where the intake in the drive was and took care of a lot of other issues I had not even knew existed. My boat was back in the water as promised by the weekend and the price I paid for the service was very fair. I 100% recommend this professional Marine mechanic. My experience was nothing but thrilling. What a relief to finally find and honest competent guy in this field...
