I go to Brownies occasionally . I started going there in the late 70's, When I started having children I took them there and now I take my grandchildren. My son actually bargained a piece of pie from Brownie when he was 6 in return for the pie my son swapped his "Bateman" toy. The meat on the burgers use to be a nice piece of meat but now it is way too thin, but they are tasty. The fries are perfect just the portion is now smaller, the root beer is still perfect and the pies are fabulous. The atmosphere is exactly what it always use to be with friendly people working there. Yes the waitresses sometimes are too busy to give you the best service but then again they are busy and not just standing around so you can't fault them for that. Brownies is an old landmark so that lets you forgive anything you find not to be like it was way back when. Times change and so do your memories. So jump in your car go to Brownies and get yourself a piece of the fabulous pie and a root beer with all the free refills you can drink.

Been eating here since the 70's. Onion rings are fantastic. Burgers are delicious. Root beer in a glass mug is cold. Just a great place to eat.

I ate here after hearing that it was a Tulsa staple. I take most hype with a grain of salt, and never dole out praise unless warranted. I also think it's silly to get worked up over something as ordinary as a hamburger. After eating here, however, I can see why people would make such a fuss. It was a genuinely good burger. Worth commenting on, at least. I found out during my visit that they're also known for their homemade root beer, which was also delicious, even though I don't typically drink soda. This is a no frills kind of place. The only gimmick is the nostalgia. I understand that Brownie's has been around a long time, and that's apparent as soon as you step inside. The interior looks like an old diner that hasn't been updated since the 70's. It's low brow, but charming. The wait staff, while not overly friendly, were nice and attentive to our table. I have only eaten here once, so I cannot comment on how the quality / service has, or has not changed over the years, but my experience was good enough to make me go again, which I'm sure I will do before long. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a good hamburger.

We eat here at lot during lunch hours and while I'll admit that the service can lack a bit at times, the food is always good here. We haven't had anything soggy or anything else like other reviewers. All of the girls in our office love their burgers here.

We certainly don't want to hear that the service doesn't match the food, Opal. Thanks for letting us know that you've experienced that on multiple occasions. We hear you and we'll take your feedback to the team! Until next time, Brownies Hamburgers

We tried Brownie's for the first time about 3 weeks ago and for the 2nd time on Sunday. We love it, our new favorite burger place. And the root beer, brinds back memories.

The burgers were delicious and the grilled onions were delightful. The fries were good too but a bit crisp for my taste. Overall it was fantastic.

Hi, Cassie! Great to hear that your burger was delicious. Nothing better than grilled onions to go with it. Looking forward to having you back for a second! All the best, Brownies Hamburgers

Love Brownies. Great burgers and root beer. It is a bit expensive, but worth it. I take my kids there for special meals every once and a while.
