"#Supraextructures vs #StructuresofLandscape", our installation at the 15th International Architecture Exhibition at La Biennale di Venezia is already disassembled, packed and ready to come back home. It has been a pleasure to be #ReportingFromTheFront amongst admired colleagues and sharing our work with the public.

As we wrap up this project, we take the chance to again say "thank you!" to our brave curator Alejandro Aravena with all his team, La Biennale di Venezia organization and our supporters: MIT SA+P, Sidney E. Frank Foundation, Biennial Foundation and AC/E.

If you missed it, #BiennaleArchitettura2016 is fully available on Google Arts and Culture: g.co/biennalearchitettura2016

We are excited to announce that on January, 2017, POPlab Research Director Debora Mesa will teach together with MIT Professor Adele Naude Santos an Architectural Design Workshop at MIT during IAP.

"A New Neighborhood: Cartagena, Colombia" will immerse students in the real context of Ciudad Bicentenario to develop a livelihood based approach to the idea of HOME and NEIGHBORHOOD. The workshop will allow for productive conversations between MIT students, POPLab and Fundación Mario Santo Domingo, FMSD.

In November 2014 "Arquitectura Viva" shared in its website MoMa's exhibition Uneven Growth in which Ensamble Studio took part working in the city of Mumbai.

Now, the magazine "AV Proyectos" shows in the number 067, Ensamble Studio's idea of developing Mumbai's future urban growth through a floating superstructure, like a flying carpet.
