We have used Central AirPark for years and last few times the pickup service has been terrible. The drivers are courteous and I always tip them well. After arrival, we called for pick up and were told shuttles run continuously and standby. With a baby, 5yr old and 7yr old, we waited and waited and waited outside in the cold as we were told someone will be there shortly. Every other parking place had shuttles come and go every 5-10min but no sight of central park. I called every 10 min and was told the same thing that someone will be there shortly. The receptionship was short and rude. After 40 min, I said I would take a cab there if they don't come soon and, in anger, i said i would not pay for the parking. Receptionist said she'd like to see that as the gate won't open. After 45 min, the shuttle came. The driver apologized and he knew everyone was frustrated. He saw our little ones and knew this was wrong. He said he was just the driver and i should call the manager to complain. I sent an email and got an auto reply that someone would get back to me. Surprise, Surprise: NO ONE DID. To top it off, they didn't hand me my credit card back after I paid and in my fatigue and frustration, I left without it. They gave me the receipt. I called next day and they had it. They wouldn't mail it back to me so I told them to keep it and destroy it. NEVER WILL PARK THERE AGAIN. This is not a one time problem. Their management does not seem to care.

I'm pretty sure the bus driver has quit and stolen the bus. Or crashed. I don't know. The important thing at this point is that I'm all alone here, somebody please send help.

Pickup service from baggage claim took over 30 minutes. The wait time has been getting worse in the last 6 months. I won't ever use this company again.

I am done with these folks and ready to try someone else. Maybe in part because of my "third party" set up with Concur but the shuttles at the airport seem to be one for every two or three of their competitors and I have never been on a shuttle with more than 3 other people. The other ones seem packed. I think I am missing something. The third party nonsense bills my card in advance, I have to print out the COMPLETE email sent to me. If they are missing information, the bar code and confirmation number are apparently worthless, so I have to pay them double. Maybe that's my reward for waiting at the window for 10 minutes every time I leave while the clerk tries to figure out whether or not they can let me leave. There has to be a better way to do this in 2013.....

We were in a hurry to catch a plane, and in our haste left a bag behind on the shuttle from the parking lot to the airport. When I realized what I'd done, after TSA screening, it was too late to go back, as our plane was about to load. So I called the Central office to ask if they'd seen the bag. They described it, and said they'd keep it safe until I returned in 6 days. I was worried, because the bag contained not only my new tablet computer and keyboard, but also an expensive piece of medical equipment. When we returned from our trip and reclaimed the car, I stopped in the office and was relieved and very pleased to see that my bag was there, with its contents intact. I am very grateful for the honesty of your employees and the care they took with my lost bag.

Prices are ok, but pickup times aren't always very predictable. We waited 23min after calling them to pick us up (along with some other folks who were waiting longer than we were, same flight). Bad part: we saw another competitor (express) pass us at least 3 times before we got picked up (in fact another was right behind us getting more people as we finally loaded up). Worst part: We saw our driver pass us without stopping at all about 5min after we called (even though we were told to wait in zone 3) - unmarked van with an sticker on the side which you won't see until after they pass and it's too late.

Easy, quick and reliable. Go to their website for a great daily rate. Paid $18 total for 3 days!

We have used this company several times and we've always had excellent service BUT this time was much different. We arrived very early on Wednesday morning about 3:00 am. We parked in a designated handicap spot and as usual the shuttle pulled right up behind us. The shuttle door open and a very old gentleman just looked at us, never said good morning and never got out of the seat to help us with our bags like our previous visits. We are parked in a handicap spot for a reason which meant that I am unable to help my husband with our bags either. We were leaving for vacation so we just let it go and chalked it up that he was just to old to help. Okay we arrive back from our vacation at 1:30 am and called to be picked up. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and hard to understand. We waited about 20 mins as other shuttles came and went finally our shuttle arrived and it was the same old man. Again no hello and didn't help with luggage so again my husband struggled with the bags. We made another stop at the next terminal and there was a young pretty girl maybe 18 years old waiting with her family this time the old man that could not help a handicap woman got up out of his seat and picked up her bag which must have been too heavy for him because he dropped it at the top of the steps and was unable to move it to the rack so he just left it there. When we got back to the lot he stopped at our handicap parking spot, didn't help us again and this time my husband had to fumble around the girls bag at the top of the stairs. I can not believe how rude and horrible this experience has been for us
