Waited 20 minutes in parking area to get driven to airport at 3:30 PM on a Tuesday. Then waited 30 minutes to get picked up from airport at 3:30 afternoon on a Thursday. Had to call 3 times and each time told van a minute away. When driver finally came he said just got notification 5 minutes before he picked me up. Then started complaining how management is operating business very poorly.. I figured that one out myself!. Use The Parking Spot across the street much better same price!

I am done with these folks and ready to try someone else. Maybe in part because of my "third party" set up with Concur but the shuttles at the airport seem to be one for every two or three of their competitors and I have never been on a shuttle with more than 3 other people. The other ones seem packed. I think I am missing something. The third party nonsense bills my card in advance, I have to print out the COMPLETE email sent to me. If they are missing information, the bar code and confirmation number are apparently worthless, so I have to pay them double. Maybe that's my reward for waiting at the window for 10 minutes every time I leave while the clerk tries to figure out whether or not they can let me leave. There has to be a better way to do this in 2013.....

This is my first time using Central air park and the website is absolutely deceiving. I made 2-day online reservation and paid $23.38. When I exited the parking 2 day later, the attendant charged me another $34.22 for 2-day parking fees. 2-day parking at central air now totals $57.6. When I made online reservation, I was led to believe that $23.38 is all it would cost to park at Central Air. I called customer service and all she can tell me is an apology for inconvenience. I felt dubbed and informed her this would be the last time I would park at central air park. The experience is totally contrary to what Central Air Park is advertising on their website. AVOID REPEAT OF MY MISTAKE!

Great experience. Shuttle met us at our car when we arrived. Driver was very courteous. On return called for pick up and shuttle arrived in a timely manner. Great online price. Brenda was extremely helpful at the booth when daughter left her bag in the parking lot. Would recommend them!

We have used this company several times and we've always had excellent service BUT this time was much different. We arrived very early on Wednesday morning about 3:00 am. We parked in a designated handicap spot and as usual the shuttle pulled right up behind us. The shuttle door open and a very old gentleman just looked at us, never said good morning and never got out of the seat to help us with our bags like our previous visits. We are parked in a handicap spot for a reason which meant that I am unable to help my husband with our bags either. We were leaving for vacation so we just let it go and chalked it up that he was just to old to help. Okay we arrive back from our vacation at 1:30 am and called to be picked up. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and hard to understand. We waited about 20 mins as other shuttles came and went finally our shuttle arrived and it was the same old man. Again no hello and didn't help with luggage so again my husband struggled with the bags. We made another stop at the next terminal and there was a young pretty girl maybe 18 years old waiting with her family this time the old man that could not help a handicap woman got up out of his seat and picked up her bag which must have been too heavy for him because he dropped it at the top of the steps and was unable to move it to the rack so he just left it there. When we got back to the lot he stopped at our handicap parking spot, didn't help us again and this time my husband had to fumble around the girls bag at the top of the stairs. I can not believe how rude and horrible this experience has been for us

The employees were nice, and the parking was convenient. The shuttle picked me up immediately at my car, but I had to wait about 15 minutes for the shuttle to get back from the airport. Remember to ask for a card with your parking area number on it, because no one gave me one.
