Anyone know why the book is called "Krivbeknih?" Was it one of the developer's names? A reference to something else? Just made up because it sounds cool?

It sounds kind of similar to the names of some Hindu gods, generally.

An anthology of comics about wild animals, pets, and monsters. Exciting, tragic, and hilarious stories for readers of all ages.

(Update, Aug 10: Sorter now revised to include subclasses and filtering!  :-D Also, concentration error for mage armor has been fixed.) (Original post) I didn't expect to have this done for some time yet, but thanks to the generosity of a local friend who got his Player's Handbook early, and the fact that I got a massive head start using the free Basic PDF, it's ready to go. Thus, I present to ...

So this past month Deanna and I decided to transition from common-law spouses to friends. It's a long and complicated story and I'll be happy to discuss this further with you in person if you would like more details. Suffice to say I'll be moving out of the zombie-proof compound in Strathcona and am looking for a new place to live. Deanna will be staying here in the townhouse. The dog is staying with her, the cat is coming with me.

If anyone has leads or information about housing opportunities in Vancouver, I would be pleased to hear about them. I am not asking anyone to go through craigslist/padmapper for me. Here are my criteria:

Evil old cat friendly.

I do NOT want a roommate/shared accommodations.

Quiet (I record stuff occasionally)

Not a tiny place. I don't take up a lot of room but I want to have space to run a game of D&D or Spaceship Zero and have room for my guests to move around comfortably. 0 to 2 bedrooms.

Secure. This can either mean a basement or ground floor with sturdy locks, window bars and/or security system, or a standard setup on the third floor or higher.

Prefer no carpets (I don't want to own a vacuum)

Somewhere to put my bike, and within a 20 minute bike ride to my work (Atomic Cartoons, which is just north of Broadway in between Cambie and Main St). So that's Basically Arbutus to King Edward to Victoria Drive. I would entertain a downtown residence if it was good.

Laundry shouldn't be a hassle, and storage would be great.
$1300 is my rent ceiling all in and if I'm paying that I want most if not all other criteria met. Looking for June or July.

Thanks for your attention!

Here's the first 2 pages of the new World Wildlife Federation of Justice comic. To see the rest, you'll have to wait until Cloudscape Comics' anthology "Mega-Fauna" is published in August!

When three Vancouver friends started their podcast four years ago, people were already telling them they had missed the bandwagon.

I need to win the lotto so we can finally go out and see a Thickets show. Either that or convince the Convergence peeps to contact you guys for musical Guest of Honor status some year.  :D

I'm thinking of tossing Shockatiel and going instead with Molotov Cockatiel...and creating Shocker Spaniel as the electricity character
