We are an authentic Churrascaria (Brazilian Steakhouse) from Rio Grande do Sul in southern Brazil which features superior service, unrivaled cuisine and a unique dining experience.

You will be pampered by our authentic Gaucho chefs who come to your tableside to carve a variety of succulent meats right off their skewers.  Our featured meats have been slow-roasted over an open flame and lightly seasoned to preserve the unique taste of each tender cut.

Adding to our unique dining experience, you will be treated to a sumptuous, gourmet market table featuring over 30 items including imported cheeses, cured meats, fresh vegetables and more.  We complement your meal with traditional Brazilian side dishes such as caramelized bananas, crispy polenta, seasoned mashed potatoes and our world-famous cheese bread (pao de queijo).

No meal is complete without trying a refreshing caipirinha, something from our award-winning wine list or one of our decadent desserts.

Wish 0 stars was an option. Girlfriend and I ate here over the weekend and both came down with food poisoning. Called to speak to management multiple times and they was none at work so they were supposed to call us back. Did not receive a call back. When we did speak to a person in charge, they didn't ask if we were better, ask how we felt, apologize for the food poisoning - just stated no one on the server side was sick so they would have to ask people. Very expensive meal for the decent service that was rushing us out the door and having management not respond to a concern or questions. Again would like to give 0 stars if I could.

Went there this valentines day and it was a really bad experience, we never got a server and the place was not that busy. It was our first time and no one ever even offered a glass of water. We got an email from their manager asking us for a contact phone number, but no one ever called. They need to pay attention to our bad service reviews, no matter how good the food is, if their service is bad, we as consumers should not support this place. Thank you for your consideration.

Once a year on Valentine’s day we (4 couples - 8 individuals) go to Texas De Brazil to have fun and spend about ~$1,000.00 give or take $50. This year we wanted to be in Downtown Denver so that we can enjoy some of the other places in Downtown. Our reservation at Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse was made for 9:30pm Saturday February 13, 2016. They had a lot of people due to Valentine’s day. Thus, it took them about 45 minutes to get us a table for 8 – which was understood. Some places overbook their guests – which is typical of any business during Holidays, special events/days. No problem with that – and no one really complained. Once we were seated the waiter showed up and asked if we wanted any drinks, we had our salad, and the first round meats came up and that was the last time they showed up with respect to the fashion in the way they serve the meats. The waiter came up and asked how we were doing a couple of minutes after he showed up the first time and that was the last time we saw him. The servers were serving the tables in front of us and behind us and going right past us the whole time we were there. We had flipped the little cards to green indicating we do want more of whatever they were serving (Chicken, Prime Rib, Sausage, Sirloin Steak, etc.). We asked a few times to be served. Sometime they would serve on the individual that had asked and leave without asking anyone else on the table – or they will tell the us they will be back and never come back. At some point my friend asked if he can get prime-rib – unfortunately they never showed up. When my friend asked them again – they showed up with a mall piece of meat on a small plate after 30 minutes had passed. We liked that Brazilian beer that they have – unfortunately we only had one opportunity to order b/c the waiter was never to be found. A few minutes before we left they saw that we were disgruntled – so they offered us vouchers for 4 people. We went there to enjoy a nice valentine’s day dinner with our friends and family – not looking for vouchers. So we did not take the vouchers. Needless to say we left no tip and a note indicating all customers pay with the same currency regardless of their ethnic, color, background, sex, etc. We paid close to $600.00 for a small piece of meat on our plates and a salad bar and we got treated like second citizens. Next year we are going back to Texas De Brazil – much better service and culture. BTW – we are African Americans.

Oh man, I love it here. It's a bit expensive when you look at the prices initially, but once you start experiencing endless high quality meats, it's all worth it. The meats they bring around are stellar, some of the best I've ever had in fact. This is a great place for dinner or lunch, but you should go hungry and be advised you will leave very, very full.

a great fun experience. If the best meat I've ever tasted. The service is spot on. I've never been to a Brazilian steakhouse before so this was a great experience for me

Greeted and seated promptly, the food & drink was excellent. 1st time in and I'm ready to go back. Service was excellent, almost too attentive which is a good thing. Go, enjoy when you have the opportunity

I don't understand why people rate this restaurant highly. Did not have a bad service except hostess are not very friendly. What was not satisfying was the food. Meat does not have flavor. I've tried better restaurants for less money. Not worth the money. Salad bar doesn't have anything good. If You've never tried good food you will like this place.
