Café Juanita is our absolute favorite restaurant on the eastside. The menu is creative and the plates are beautiful. The service is always top-notch and the atmosphere is charming and quaint. It's the perfect special occasion place for anyone that truly appreciates fine dining.

this frank lloyd wright-esque style restaurant sits among trees and near a creek. it's perfect for a quiet dinner with friends or that special romantic occasion with impeccable service. the cuisine is northern italian and french with northwest organic farm-to-table influences. note: the restaurant's lower level is available for groups and includes a patio.

My wife and I went there as a special night out. We chose this restaurant over other high end restaurants on the Eastside on the recommendation of friends. Service/Ambiance: The service was great. Quaint ambiance with very friendly staff. The chef came out to meet us personally which was very nice. Food: We had the Sablefish and Foie Gras for appetizers. The sablefish was great with complex flavors. This was the best food of the night. The foie gras tasted like a $25 piece of duck fat. Salads were good but nothing memorable. We ordered the Rabbit and Wagyu Beef Cheek entrees. The rabbit was pretty good but the taste was drowned out with gravy. The Wagyu Beef Cheeks were nothing more than expensive pot roast. I was very excited to try both of these dishes but was disappointed with both; especially the Wagyu beef. As these are the 2 signature entrees on the menu, I was not impressed. All in all, I expected more on this special night out. Price: Our bill came to +$190 w/o alcohol. It is what we expected to pay but was disappointed with the price after tasting the food. Great service, however, I do not recommend this restaurant.

I want delectable food, paired wines, and an attentive staff. I've always received those three things at Cafe Juanita. Brilliant food, fantastic wine, and staff that brings it all together.
