Stayed here Feb 2013 for 2 nights, the rooms were usual premier inn quality, but the staff are all foreign and the receptionist could hardly understand a word i was saying , i am from manchester but its hardly russian!! And i was very dissapointed with the bar as its tiny! And very uncomforatable.... the breakfast was ok and the rooms were fine, but if you like to relax after work etc you will have to travel to another pub, the Holiday Inn has a Bar with football etc on and a pub a little further down that road called King William was very welcoming and fantastic food!

Needed a room within the hour on a Tuesday evening, called customer services and they tried their best to get me in somwhere but were fully booked. As I was on the phone tho, a room popped up here. I was told it was a disabled room but that made no issue to me. Found the hotel no problems, and its ideally situated on the M4. Everything was as to be expected, although I was a bit surprised at there being a portable heater in the room. That presented a problem in that I was in a freezing room and going out, so was going to come back to a freezing one. Woulda liked to have at least some heat going in. Anyway, facilities were fine, nothing special. Staff were all friendly and helpful, esp. the lady at breakfast. (Breakfast its self was very average) With Parking and breakfast it costr me just over £90 which isnt budget but I did book it direct at the very last minute so not complaining. Probably wont stay here again if I can find a more comfortable hotel ;)

I stayed here with my daughter for a couple of nights in early January 2008. My daughter is not the easiest person to please, but the staff was extremely helpful and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The little things like getting ice and glasses from the bar were made so easy. Being able to open a window and get a nice breeze. Everything in the room was clean and worked perfectly. The stay was an excellent value. Thank you very much. Barrie

I stayed here a few weeks ago and, despite security cameras, a traffic warden and 24 hr reception, my van was broken into and about £4,000 worth of tools were stolen. The police tell me that this happened here up to 8 times a month for the last 14 months. By the time the police had got to see the CCTV tapes, they had been erased. If you do stay here, be careful what you leave in your vehicle

Some rooms are smaller than others, but overall this is a good choice when flying in and out of Heathrow. One blot is the tiny restaurant, which is way too small for such a busy hotel.

WHAT A SUPRISE!!! I was really worrried about the M4 noise but slept very well! Beds were a little uncomfy but very clean too! Brilliant, Dan Ayers
