"Christian" Brothers Automotive In Burleson Wanted $900 to replace my heater core. After reading Google reviews I decided to get a second opinion. Low and Behold $150 later my heat is working wonderfully with no core replacement necessary. Don't even waste your money on the diagnostic fee just to get told more accurate information when you go get the second opinion and if you do go against what many Google users have said and go with "Christian" Brothers I HIGHLY recommend a second opinion. It is very Christian of you to take advantage of all your customers. I understand mechanics are notorious for this but this establishment takes it to the next level. I will never recommend this place to anyone. nor will I ever return there.

I will NEVER take anything to this place again. Took my truck in because it was leaking anti freeze, they put a heater core in it for $300. That did NOT fix the problem so i took it back. They said my intake manifold gasket was leaking and wanted to charge me over $500 to fix it after i already paid $300 for NO REASON AT ALL.. And would not work with me on the price even though they did not diagnose the right problem in the first place. On top of that the manager was extremely rude with me, probably because he knew he was wrong. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

They aren't very honest people to work with. Took my car in because the check engine light was on. The called me back to make me aware of the charges. When I couldn't afford it they still charged me $90 for the diagnostic, which they didn't make me aware of upfront. Paid $90 to have no work done on my car. They even admitted mistake and apologized for not telling me upfront, but would not waive the charge.

ARGUMENTATIVE TECHNICIAN AND EXCUSE MAKING MANAGEMENT! Do not use Christian Brothers for anything. Took my car in for a state inspection. Left and noticed pieces of the old sticker and goo on my dash. Returned asked politely for it to be cleaned and the inspection technician started arguing saying that was from the old sticker and that's what happens when he takes them off. The manger just stood there and allowed the technician to argue with me in the lobby in front of other customers. He then just made excuses for the tech. Ilk never go there again and recommend no one else does either.

Unfortunately they quoted me $990 for work on my car. I got it done at a different place in Joshua for $375. The EXACT same work... Way too expensive. UPDATE- went back for another quote on different work a few months later. This time they did NOT inform me of the charge of a diagnostic. When I went to pick up the car, they told me it was $90 for them just to see what was wrong. I was not informed of this charge upfront. Slimy people trying to get your money. not so "christian"....

All they were supposed to do was set the timing on my daughter's car. What they did was over $1200 damage to the motor by running it with no water or coolant in it. Then lied through their teeth about what they did. BEWARE! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. NEED TO CHANGE THEIR NAME FOR SURE.

This place is fantastic. The young man behind the counter greeted me and assisted me with my A/C problems. Within a couple of hours, I got a call from them telling me what my problems were with my A/C. Before the day was over, they were able to get me my car back. They even gave me a discount I was unaware of. Thanks Christian Brothers my A/C works great!

I first went to CBA when my a/c went out and I found out I had a leak in my condenser. I had CBA replace it a week laer my a/c still was not right so I took it back up to them. They said they could not find anything wrong with it. As I was taking my car home the a/c stopped working again by not blowing cold air. So I the next day I took it back up and they still could not find the problem. I later took it back up to them to get an inspection but they said it failed b/c the day before I had replaced the battery. So I drove it around and took back they said they would not look at until a few days later, but I need the inspection to pass so I can drive to work legally. So I instead took it to another mechanic and they checked it and it passed. I also noticed that the guy at the front desk was the same guy that worked at Firestone where I problems with them too. My instincts told me not to go there when I saw him but I thought give him another chance and that's what I get for doing that. It seems they were not trying hard to help me.
