I'm really proud of how the style and substance of the Reboot Podcast has evolved over the past year.  It's been a lot of fun and hard work producing it with Dan Putt and the rest of his crew.

In this episode, Jerry Colonna checks in with Sherman Lee from Episode 4 to appreciate Sherman’s growth and development since then.

I hope you enjoy the episode as much as I enjoyed putting it together.  :)

I can't say I've ever struggled with suicidal thoughts directly, but I have struggled with depression.  Sometimes the best you can do is take one more breath, get through one more moment, turn that into one more day, and know your struggle is not uncommon.

Also know there are people that want to talk to you, listen, and help.  There's no shame in calling a friend, family member, or the 24-hour, toll-free, confidential National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).

Good luck!  :)
