Hit or miss depending on who you get. Some of their people make me feel like I'm an important member of the bank. Others treated me like a child. Generally, the personal bankers, clerks, and investment people have been really great. The mortgage people --- not so much. Will likely not go back to Chase when looking for a loan in the future.

As far as overpriced bread-restaurants go, I'll take Panera over this restaurant any day. The bread was tasty, but I've been there twice now, and the sandwiches have yet to impress me. Either the flavors mix oddly, or they're strangely tasteless. The ambiance is nice and open, but the lines can be very long and take quite a while to get your order in. If you're looking for experience over taste, then this isn't a bad place, but if it's flavors you crave, I'd keep looking.

Very good food. I went for lunch while I got new tires next door, and was pleasantly surprised with the cannelloni and caesar salad. Cannelloni had a great flavor, headed into an arrabiata seasoning without really being spicy. Portion size was actually appropriate. Service was a little slow and they didn't bring me sugar for my iced tea, and it was a bit pricey for lunch, but if you want to treat yourself to good food and budget isn't really a factor, I'd recommend it.

I get a haircut once in a blue moon, but I always go to Studio Be when I get one. I love the experience - it feels very indulgent without going over the top budget wise. They gave me a free beverage, a short scalp massage, and use great smelling product. I did not get any of the "extra treatments" this time, but did walk out with a small product purchase. My latest experience with Kayla at the North Fort Collins spot was great! She was so positive and nice, and had nothing but compliments for me and my hair. She gave me a great new style that is super manageable, and when I asked her about the add-ons, she gave me an honest assessment as to what would work and what would be a waste of money on my hair (most of them would be, since I don't color my hair and have minimal damage). While blowing drying, I had the "celebrity" treatment, and I had two people working on my hair at one point! She also did some product suggestions, but didn't hover or up-sell to the point where I felt bad saying no. I've had varied experiences so far at Studio Be, but they've always been between 4 and 5 stars. This one was a definite 5-star!

The reviews for this place are accurate - The service truly sets this place apart! Our water glasses rarely got down more than an inch from full. Every single waiter on staff checked on us at least once. It was almost over the top, but in this day and age where you're lucky to get a refill, it was really nice to have so much attention. You wouldn't even know the place was practically full of customers! Aside from that, the food was amazing. Their spice levels were just right (no watering it down for the fair-skinned), and portion sizes could be eaten in one sitting, or split in half for a second meal. Since we just moved to Flagstaff, we plan to make this place a regular spot.

I got a rock chip in my window and let it grow until is was a full-blown crack across the bottom of my windshield. Finally called Safelite to replace the windshield. I called on a Thursday and got a Saturday appointment at my home. The guy called me to tell me where I was on the queue and when he'd likely get there. Then he called the morning of to say he got a cancellation and would be there even earlier. I met him outside my home, he told me he'd ring the bell when he finished in 45 minutes. I came back out in 35 minutes and he said he needed three more minutes and would done! Very pleasant, chatted with me as he put together paperwork. Windshield looks like new (cause it is, I guess!) A little expensive, I thought (although I didn't do a lot of price comparison) but so easy, so simple, and no hassle on my part. Love it!

I love Jim's Wings, and it's one of our favorite places to go. Only down side is the open seating. This place is FAR too busy for open seating, especially on weekends or during a Broncos game. However, we just plan to go on off peak times and its still great! I also love that they started bottling their sauces. Not only great tasting but reasonably priced!
