How to make Singapore Vegan Noodles
Ingredients.
1.Pkg.Rice Noodles,
Soak in the warm water for 15 minutes and drain pat dry.
1.Cup vegan sausage cut thinly slice.
1/2 Cup tofu cut thinly slice.
1/2 Cup napa cabbage shredded.
1 Cup carrots cut thinly slice.
1/2 Cup scallion cut.
1/2.Cup of red onion slice.
2.Dried red chili peppers or fresh.
1.Tablespoon coconut oil.
1.1/2 Tablespoon curry powder or cubes.
2.Teaspoons salt.
1.Tablespoon shaoxing  Chinese wine.
1/2.Teaspoon sesame oil.
1/2.Teaspoon soy sauce.
1/2.Cup of vegetables broth.
 
         Preparation.
Heat the pan or wok on the medium setting and add coconut oil.
Stir-fry red onion and carrots chili peppers then add the vegan meat and the tofu.stir-fry for 10 minutes then add the napa cabbage.after 10 minutes add the noodles and while doing so,
make sure you rip them or cut into manageables 7 to 8 inchlengths
for easy eating later.then add the vegetables broth mix with curry cubes evenly over the mixture.mix well ( about 1 to 2 minute),
then serve and enjoyed.
Pre time:20 minutes.
Cook time:10 minutes.
Total time:30 minutes.

Spinach & Matcha Green Tea Smoothie
Ingredients.
1.cup ice.
1.cup rice milk vanilla.
1.green apple.
2.banana.
4.date.
1/2.lemon.
1.tablespoon matcha green tea.
1.tablespoon vanilla flavor alcohol free.
1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon.
1 teaspoon stevia extract.
1.tablespoon chai seed.
1.tablespoon coconut palm sugar.
Instructions.
Blend all the ingredients.
