Was told by a friend to try this hotel, traveling with a teenage son so booked a one- bedroom suite, the room is great. It's huge, the housekeeping staff r very nice. the front staff very helpful and breakfast is great. It is a bit difficult to find, if u r having guests come in. I don't mind the noise, used to it, will def stay in the same room again, love the lights and the view to the sidewalk. Love the pool and cabana

It locates at the very edge of Beverly Hills, quite a walk to the center. The reception was not friendly, so many people standing there at the counter, but all just chatting among themselves! The only nice thing is the nice view of the swimming pool.

Upon our departure, we loaded our luggage in our car and discovered our brand new car had a damaged rear bumper. The valet service claimed no responsibility for the damage even though it was evident that whoever damaged the car tried to cover it up by using touch up paint. We reported the incident to the hotel assistant guest service manager who informed us that the valet service was subcontracted and that we would have to deal with the valet service directly. The hotel offered us no assistance. The valet service daily charge was reversed only upon our request. A claim was filed with the valet’s insurance company. The claim was supposed to be processed within 10 days. It’s now been over 3 months and we have yet to receive payment for the repairs.
