Since Callahan's converted to a food truck a couple years back, Hiram's been packed 24/7. I absolutely love their hot dogs, and people would kill for their home-brewed birch beer, from fresh birch logs. I would recommend anyone, even extra-terrestrials, to go to Hiram's Roadstand.

that is nice place to nave none pretending food and beer one variety of draft beer acceptably cooled, bottled beer as obvious. Chiseburger and chili , bone to soft not toasted little drop of chili is not serving for taste, but hotdog been drown in it . Beer Frice is nothing to write home about , fried onion is good. If they add something special like home made sous or signature meal that will be the mark on the spot .

Since Callahan's closed a few years ago, this is the only place I know of to get a deep fried hot dog, and they're delicious. I always stop by when I'm in the area now that I've moved away from North Jersey.
