We love the food. It is always consistent and good. This restaurant is a step above your average Tex-Mex restaurant. Sauces are great....guacamole table side service is good, drinks are good. The chipotle wine sauce is to die for. It is the best Mexican food in the city, hands down. The margeritas are great, blood orange sangria is really good as well. If you are not rice and beans eater, the sauteed vegetable mix is really good. All in all, a nicely thought out menu, good service and nice ambience.

My Wife and I went during lunch the other day, it was a slow morning for the restaurant. I had the Cheese enchiladas with jack cheese, not on the menu, and they were delicious. The service was great granted there were only about four other tables to serve. The salsa was very unique and worth the trip alone. It was great Mexican food with okay Service, and a very clean and open dining space. I would recommend this place if you are in the area and want a quiet Mexican dining experience!

I don't know if it was just an off night for Cantina Laredo, but my husband and I had to literally get up and leave because it was so bad. We went on Friday night at 7:45 and it wasn't that busy at about 60% full. It took the server about 7 minutes to greet us. We were then brought chips & salsa. Waited another 7 minutes just for water. Our drink orders then took 25 minutes and they were terrible. My husbands' drink was a Mojito which had a whole plant of mint in it. It tasted awful. We left the server a tip and told the manager we were leaving. We are usually easy going people and don't do this. It was truly the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Now, I can understand why it wasn't busy at all. At least we received call from friends and met them at this new place called Pachinko in Oklahoma City and it was delicious.

I've eaten at most of the common "Mexican food" places in OKC and surrounding areas from Taco Bueno to Ted's to Chellino's, to Tarahumara's in Norman (there are definitely more Mexican food Restaurants in Norman I need to visit). Cantina Laredo is more flavorful than most and suits my spice-lovin' tastebuds. I liked the fact that their menu is not what you see everywhere else. The dishes and flavor combinations are a welcome change and everything we've had there we've liked. If you want to eat the same boring types of Mexican food you'll find at most other places, or Mexican food that's bland and flavorless, eat at Taco Bell so you can get french fries, too - you won't appreciate Catina Laredo.

The service we recieved was terrible. It took 10 minutes for drink refills then we had to remind the waiter 3 times for tortillas. We got $14 nachos and all it was, was 10 chips with a little bit of beans a thin layer of cheese and a piece of meat on top. I would had rather at a taco bell just like someone else said. Cheese sauce and salsa from a jar.

The food was terrible. I had the pork with chipotle wine sauce. The meat was tasteless and all you could taste in the sauce was chipotle. The rice was also quite bland. Service was good but prices are way too high. I could've gone to Taco Bell and ate for a week and had less indigestion overall.

This place is WAY over priced for a mall location, $13.00 a plate for rubbery cheese, stale chips and salsa from a jar. There are many Maxican establishments in Oklahoma, and the majority are reasonably priced. We will not be returning... No wonder there were only three tables in at dinner rush!!
